PASSIONATELY surprised by the performance of this establishment’s boner-​faced employees. Can anyone explain the concept of «The Rule of Thumb» to these scrumpy little men?!
I walked into Soften Motion POOdios (lol) on a blustery Wednesday last weekend. I’ll give you three guesses to understand my frustration for this lack of customer respects I was accorded.
YES, you’re correct. Obviously, all things considered, I was a little buggered by the situation on hand (this is called hyperbole). If you’re a serious businesswoman like myself, STRENGTHFULLY consider taking your money and business eltsewhere.
And as for the «employees» (more like employePEEs) mentioned in David M., I would use oh, I don’t know, maybe a HUNDRED other words before «helpfull.» Words like:
Stupid
UNhelpful
Not a help to me
etc.
Just to preiterate, heed my word! All blessings be to Allah.

It’s great because Soft Motion Studios does exactly what you ask it to. Great place if you know what you’re doing.

Richard Remington has lied over and over again to my husband and I. We feel so betrayed as his services are very costly. We are looking to see what we can do. At this point he is even refusing to give us the raw footage! It is hard to believe that someone can sleep at night after doing this. Our wedding was back in 2006 and he still is making excuses as to why we haven’t received anything. I am sick of the games. Everyone BEWARE!!! Do not use Richard Remington DBA: Soft Motion Studios. I hired him to do my sister’s wedding back in 2007. Now 1 ½ years later, I am still trying to get the video that I’ve already paid for. I am no longer chasing him and is now in the process of seeking legal actions against him. If you had the unfortunate dealing with him and he has breached his contract with you as well. Please contact me… I am sure we can all do something together to stop this man from continuing to do business in an unethically manner and taking advantage of people. Richard Remington was a videographer who was supposed to finish my wedding videos! My wife and I consistently followed up with him, and after SO many times trying to get a hold of him, we finally connected via e-​mail. He and I finally established a goal and date of getting our wedding videos completed. Nevertheless, when that date passed, he made some bullshit excuse like his softwear crashed or something with his apple computer was broken so he had to get it fixed.
Recently, when I tried to contact him, he no longer answers his e-​mails and he disconnected his phone number. What a scam! He did not only do this to me, but many others. Check out what is left of his site:

Word to the wise: If your wedding vendor does not deliver a product as promised, make sure to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) within a year. If you try to seek them after, the BBB will not be able to help you and you will have to seek legal action.
