I just waited almost 20 minutes at 5:45am and they made me late for work. Also my sandwich wasn’t heated up and the girl wasn’t apologetic and she was rude. And no discount was given. Basically ruined my morning…

I decided to treat my office to Starbucks. They were excited. As I pull through the drive-thru I was cheerful and happy to give my order. It was for a total of seven Frapuccino drinks. As I gave the simple order I can hear the attendant sighing in agitation. It was a simple order. 4 Mocha, 1 Vanilla, 1 Caramel and 1 Waffle Cone. As I completed my order the attendant said, «Does the screen look correct?» My reply was there wasn’t anything on the screen.(The screen was broken obviously). Again another agitated sigh. I pulled forward and handed my card to pay. I paid and the drinks came out in carriers. As I put them on my passenger seat one of the drinks was overflowing and dripped all over my seat. I made a statement to the attendant in a nice way, you may want to watch the lids overflowing because it drips on customers seats as it did mine. His response«do you want more napkins?» No I just want to let you know so you could remind your coworkers. «Do you want more napkins?» He asked again. I said no thanks I have plenty. He seemed agitated and seemed to care more for the line than my order or my issue as he continuously stared down the line behind me. My point here is act like you care. Everyone works hard for their money. You have a job because of customers. I have a job because people purchase a product or service from my company. I treat them as if they are my only customer. The agitated sigh is what I get at any Starbucks I go to. Which is a reason are rarely go anymore. Usually I would drive a littler further to another coffee shop if able to. The drinks are fantastic. The service needs a lot of improvement.

The only thing I can say about this Starbucks location is that the wait is ridiculously long… I tried getting coffee and went through the Drive-Thru… Bad decision. I literally waited 15 minutes to get 2 drinks. Their coffee is good though!

This is based solely on the drive thru but I was surprised to see the low star rating on this one(again, have yet to go inside). I recently found out this was conveniently located across the street from The District for days I feel too lazy to go inside Target for my Starbies fix. This one has a nice long drive thru queue so you don’t have to deal with awkward long line situations, blocking other people, etc like at other locations. The line was long since it was a weekend but they got us all through pretty quickly. The barista at the window was super friendly and I was in and out with my Caramel Macchiato in hand in no time. It is located really close to the Walmart so I can see how some craziness could ensue from that. It didn’t look like they had a ton of outdoor parking. Perhaps I was lucky in my good experience but had a very pleasant experience here.

I personally love Starbucks and I’m hooked on their ice coffee! It’s so good I believe it should be illegal but that’s a whole different story. My go to drink is an iced coffee with cinnamon dolce and easy ice. For some reason a lot of the staff not this one but other locations mixed up cinnamon dolce with coconut milk. So I can tell this is a good Starbucks since they know how to read their markings. Always clean, super fast, and super friendly! This Starbucks gets five stars from me!

This place takes forever to get your order out and on top of that if you order food, They would forget about it. I ordered a butter croissant from them today and I had to remind them about it. After 30 minutes I finally received my food and it was cold. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Worst Starbucks ever!!! Every time I come here I say it’s my last time, but when I get desperate I have no choice. Drive thru line is always super long and the wait takes FOREVER. And the coffee is crap in a cup.

This place overcharged you for everything, so you have to be extra careful. Ask for receipts… I order the exact same thing everyday for the last 5 days, 1 day they charged me $ 3.45 and the next day charged me $ 4.05… this is some shady business!

This is my go-to Starbucks mainly because it’s a 5 minute walk from my work. However, I drove there today for lunch to get a sandwich and drink. My birthday was just a week ago, so I was going to use my free birthday drink. I wasn’t sure how to do it on my app, so I asked the lady, and she let me know. She informed me there was no reward, but I told her I got an email about it not too long ago. I thought that I had a bigger window to use my free birthday drink/food, but upon reading the fine print on my email, it expired the day after my birthday. LAME! However, the gal helping me honored my birthday deal and gave me my order on the house. I would have left a tip, but since I didn’t pay through my app, I could not do that, and I don’t carry tipping money! :(Hopefully this good review suffices! :) Thank you!

This is the closest drive thru location to my home and it’s the slowest I have ever experienced. No matter what time or what day, it seems like they just can’t get it together.

I thought that mobile orders would’ve saved this place. Nope, just waited over 15 minutes for a drink that I placed on my phone.

I really want to like this place because its on my way but the regular coffee(pike roast) seems more watery as compared to other starbucks Ive been to and when I come in the mornings(generally around 5 am) to study before clinicals the music is blasting too loud. I end up having a headache and go out of my way to go to a different starbucks because of this sole reason. Please turn the volume down perhaps? Staff themselves are sweet although seem a little out of it at times or unprepared but at 5 am who can blame them

Very frustrating that they close 15 – 20 minutes before closing time. drive all the way out here to see the employees walking around and the doors are locked. management needs to get a grip. this is a corporate business, these guidelines should be universally met.

They have screwed up my order almost every time I’ve been here and they don’t care in the slightest. I hate that it is the closest Starbucks to my work. I don’t know why I keep coming back here. :(worst baristas EVER!!! Take the time to go to a different location.

Out of my favorite drink(ginger ale frizzio). Barista suggested a peach green tea lemonade so I went with the suggestion. Good lord this drink is awful. What a terrible way to start the morning! Starbucks get it together and have everything in stock!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to by far. A lot of table space to to sit and read or get any work you need done. There’s a big table with charging stations that are always convenient every time my phone is dying and I want to do some reading. The staff working there for the most part is really friendly and quick. Elia, one of my favorite staff members, who usually works at the cash register on week days, is very sweet. She always knows my order and takes the time out to show a genuine interest in the lives of all her customers & make sure everyone is taken care of. Mitchell, my favorite barista, knows my drink and always has it ready whenever I come in! Kudos Mitchell, so thoughtful. Such a thoughtful staff, always going above and beyond. Sometimes the wait might be longer than usual when there’s huge waves of customers but that can be expected during rush hour morning & lunch times. But overall, great location!

Out of sheer convenience and the fact that it contains a drive thru is a huge plus for this place. This location does have it quirks with getting orders correct and quickly. Sometimes it’s not an issue, sometimes it is. Sometimes the cashier is nice and cheery, sometimes they’re confused and training. Sometimes my espresso sits too log before being poured and its bitter, sometimes I can drink it with no added sugar… so its really just inconsistent on both ends of the spectrum. Overall I’ve never had any real problems with them. The did take 10 minutes one time to get me an iced americano… but It wasn’t a huge deal, since they ended u making 2 on accident, and giving me the other one for free. Will still always come here… Until i find a roach in my breakast sandwhich, or a hair in my Basic-Bitch PSL.

Out of all the Starbucks in the world, I just had to order from one of the worst. Went inside and ordered 3 drinks: iced green tea, upside down caramel macchiato, and double chocolate chip. Iced green tea — the container that they hold the green tea was so dirty and had dark green tea stains. Working at Starbucks in my pre-college days, I know you’re supposed to scrub those daily/change them out. This was easily a week of non scrub and more of a dunk in water and dunk in sanitizer type of cleaning. Additionally, the employees didn’t even shake tea. My first sip was a bunch of classic syrup in my straw. Yuck! Upside caramel macchiato — didn’t make it upside down and the older blonde barista literally let the shots sit for a solid 45 seconds in which it turned super black and by then, bitter. Gross. Double chocolate chip frap– seriously paid 5 bucks and they don’t even fill it to the top. A good inch was air. And when all these drinks were made, the older blonde barista didn’t even call them out. Thankfully I was standing at the counter with my straws and was able to swoop them up before other people started picking them up to see if it was theirs. There’s no thank you or you’re welcome at the receiving end of this. Really bad service and poor execution of drinks. P. s. Your tables and counters are extremely dirty and sticky. Don’t you have a 15 min rule to wipe down counters?

I give this Starbucks 5 stars just because it’s drive through. Lol. Sometimes I just don’t want to get out of the car and want to make it quick, and this just happens to be the best Starbucks to do it at. It’s really clean on the inside, although like I said I prefer drive through. There may or may not be a long line, just know that it goes by really fast. Went their this morning and there was a long line but it took no longer that 5 minutes. Some of my favorite drinks include: — iced green tea latte sweetened — black iced tea sweetened with breve — passion ice tea with 6 pumps of raspberry and 6 pumps classic — passion ice tea with mango — cap’n crunch(the cereal), you must know the recipe though! Strawberries and Cream with hazelnut frappé — green tea frappé with blended java chip and caramel drizzle
