I highly recommend to anyone, Iam very impressed with a pure relaxation, created with a peaceful atmosphere, the herbal oil calm your mind, and the Shirodhara treatments restore energy and heal your body, I had a great experience follow with a very Knowledgeable person like Meryll, she is the best.!!

Let me start off with how Amazing Meryll is at what she does. If you’re looking for some guidance in life, perhaps feeling a little lost, she is the person to see!
I went in to this treatment very stressful, with high anxiety from work, finances, relationships, diet, etc. After meeting with her, she was able to dissect all the things I was worked up over. I then began the treatment and felt as if everything was being lifted off my back. I carried a glow throughout the day. Very peaceful. I know more than one treatment is needed in order to tap into a deeper mediation. I will be coming back to find more of myself. Oh, not to mention the great head massage that came with it ;)

Meryll, the practitioner, is incredibly kind, welcoming, soothing, and puts her whole heart into promoting wellness for others. I brought my Mother in for a Shirodhara treatment for her Mother’s Day present. She left feeling rejuvenated and blissful.
