Don’t waste your time.
They never have suits in stock and their customer service is horrible.
My Fiancé and I wanted to go here to buy suits for our wedding. We found out upon calling the first time that it takes up to 4 months to get suits made for a wedding. When I expressed my concern about the length of time it would take to get 5 suits made the associate i spoke to suggested that we just buy suits separately instead of going through their wedding program. IT WAS NEVER MENTIONED DURING THIS PHONE CALL THAT ALL THEIR SUITS ARE BACK ORDERED AND THEY WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO FILL A NEW ORDER UNTIL SEPTEMBER AT THE EARLIEST.
So we made two different appointments to come in and get fitted. Each fitting took about 45 minutes. During which the sales associate helping us told us to order online and that the turn around time for getting suits was about 3 — 5 weeks. IT WAS NEVER MENTIONED DURING EITHER FITTING APPOINTMENT THAT ALL THEIR SUITS ARE BACK ORDERED AND THEY WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO FILL A NEW ORDER UNTIL SEPTEMBER AT THE EARLIEST.
We went home to order the suits only to find out that all of their suits are out of stock. I called the customer service line and spoke to someone that never really answered any of my questions regarding an ETA of how long it would take to get the suits back in stock. After trying very hard to communicate with this sales associate over the phone I finally asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to Jessica. Jessica was very rude and basically told me that I was out of luck and that I should have foresaw them being out of stock months ago. When I explained that no one at her business had mentioned that they didn’t have ANY suits to sale me and that it was pointless to come in for a fitting her response was lackluster. She basically told me that I should have magically known that they wouldn’t have suits for me to buy and that getting fitted was a waste of time.
I spoke with these people at least 5 times over a month and a half period. Never did they mention that they had a back order that spanned 4 months. In fact their sales people told me that I would be able to get my suits within 3 – 5 weeks and that it wasn’t necessary to do the grooms suite because they could get me the small amount of suits I needed.
Moral of the story: Don’t waste your time. They don’t have suits to sale you. They don’t know whats going on with their own store.

I would like to thank Steven T. at the Haberdashery for his expert and friendly service when I went in for a general fitting for a tux. He was very knowledgable and made some great suggestions to help me decide on what to select. Steven displayed an enthusiastic and engaging attitude that reflected a person truly interested in helping the customer and not somebody just trudging through his «work day». Steven also continued to correspond with me after the sale when I decided I wanted to try another size jacket after I had arrived back at my home-(1 ½hour drive) He arranged for another jacket to be sent and informed me to try on both and return the one I didn’t select free shipping included. Throughout the whole process he kept in touch by email to make sure I was satisfied, and getting the items I wanted. I also want to say that I am very happy with the look and quality of the tux especially at the ridiculously low price point. When I went to a local tailor for altering she commented on how nice the wool was. She could not believe the price I paid for it. So, needless to say, I’m recommending to anyone who is looking for a tux please go to the Combatant Gent website and see what you can buy for the same, or less, than renting a low quality ill-​fitting tux at big brand name chain outfit. Met with Eric for a custom made to measure suit for my wedding. Incredible service and high quality suit for a deal you cant beat. Highly recommend getting a made to measure suit here.

Stopped by to get an fitted and was greeted by Joele. He was awesome in every way, really helpful and had a very good understanding of the clothing line and formal wear. Not only was the service great, but the show room itself was very well kept and organized. A great experience overall.

I meet with Eric Love for a made to measure suit. The service was excellent with an unbeatable price. Eric was very professional and explained all the different options without trying to «sell you up». I was quoted a 5 to 6 week window for the suit, and will (assuming I remember) post in update after I go back for the final fitting and see the suit!

This is my favorite place to get fitted for a suit. The suits are high quality but inexpensive. You definitely get more than what you pay for. The people here are great. The service is high class.
They have this really cool mirror that displays information about the Combatant Gentlemen piece you are wearing when you step on the platform in front of it.
