I honestly am so confused as to why this place is even in business. their employees are the worst I have ever come accross. and forget trying to get any of them on the phone! They seem to control their schedules to do whatever they want. Its like a constant vacation period. I have never encountered such terrible people. They have no care in the world for ANYONE but themselves, and constantly lie, telling you what you want to hear, just to get you off the phone. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

This place is an absolute joke. I’m not quite sure how an establishment like this can still be around. They always double charge their residents and claim for it to be an accident. Every single time I call I’m put on hold for several minutes only to be hung up on, absolute waste of time. Even after I moved out they still forwarded their HOA bills to my new address, ridiculous. If I don’t even live there why would you still charge me? I’ll tell you why, because they are full of uneducated dipshits. California in general has become a haven for Mexicans who shit out kids and leech off the system and absolutely provide nothing except awful customer service. I was born and grew up here my whole life and loved it, but man a lot has changed for the worse over the last few years. If wanted to live in Mexico, I would move to Mexico, eat better food and get beachfront property. Can’t wait to move out of here and live somewhere American. But hey, don’t take my word for it, listen to the other one star review Unilocalers. As for Total Property Mgmt, I would sacrifice a dream home if I had to if it was under their management. For those who want to pull out the racist card, go for it, I’m the furthest thing from it… I just keep my eyes open in society and notice things.

so they listed on westside rentals on Wednesday and at 11:30 am were still showing an apt. on Mitchel ave and when I called(after 3 – 6 calls) I was informed the apt. has been rented for a few days prior. so why keep showing it and listing it to waist serious renter’s time? market research? not justified!!! not ethical or appreciated at all!

I can’t give any management company 5 stars because the very nature of their business is that they take on more clients than they can possibly handle, which equates to bad service, any way you slice it. That said, THIS one really lacks professionalism and a «can do» attitude. If you’re on a Board, and looking to hire a new management company, skip this one. Trust me.

This company handles our development in Anaheim Hills and is horrible. Non-responsive to written as well as phone calls. You are put through to voice mail constantly and then after requesting a call back you never get one! I have experienced this lack of response for three different issues. This company provides zero customer service to it’s home owners and doesnt even enforce the CCR’s in our development!

If I could give a Negative 10 stars I would. This is by far the WORST company. Completely unprofessional. I have so many examples, I wouldn’t have enough space to list them all. Holly is a Horrible Horror of a rep, totally unprofessional!!! Please if your looking to use this Management Comp. DON’T. They never do what they say they will they just collect dues and due nothing!

Oh my goodness, SIX phone calls to Emily(Young) Cromer and the problem is still not resolved. We have an exterior light that has been out for weeks. I’ve called on it and was never told that the lighting company only comes out the 2nd and 4th week of every month. Well last week they fixed one of the lights but not the other. I have called Emily several times, only to hear her voicemail, «Hi, you’ve reached Emily, I’m either away from my desk, or on the other line,» blah, blah, blah. Emily is non-communicative. The one time I did talk to her, she sounded very non professional, monotone and like I was bothering her. Wait a minute, if I remember right, I’m the CUSTOMER! She has a job because our association has them as the management company. Unfortunately, the two people we call, Michelle Benson and Emily(Young) Cromer have the same management skills, non existent. They need to get off their high horse and call back people who call them, because that is what Emily’s voicemail says, «I will „turn“(she must have cut out when she said re) your call back.» Like Kelly C. said in her post, «I hate dealing with this company.»

Nevermind that we pay our dues every month(unlike a lot of people in our condominium complex these days), they are completely unhelpful. You need to get approval for all improvements on your property and, once you fill out the application, then they request 15 additional pieces of information that weren’t on the original application. Here’s a piece of advice: include everything that you require on the application the first time. I don’t want to be told my «application was incomplete» because it didn’t have something that you require but didn’t request. It’s a waste of my time and yours.
