OMG! Super friendly staff, clean, nicely decorated, in and out very quick, they explained and answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you! They were all in appropiate suits/​lab coats. Parking was great, waiting room very nice, felt really comfortable again super clean and sanitized, thats KEY for me. I went here after waiting 3hrs at quest, walked out! So glad I found LabCorp, I recommend this place to others. Don’t bother with Quest.

I gave this one star for my experience today.
I made a reservation for 9:15. Every person in the waiting room was served before me. I wasn’t serviced until after 10:00. And when I signed in I checked and no one else had an appointment.
They staff was friendly but there just were not enough of them.
DO NOT COME HERE BEFORE 10:00 am.
THEY DO NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS.
This place was woefully understaffed. That’s the fault of the management. Spend some money and hire enough people to service the people you book.
I’ve seen this at other LabCorp locations.
IF POSSIBLE AVOID LABCORP.

Santa Ana, CA
This lab is a huge upgrade from my old lab, Quest Diagnostics. Here, the attendants are friendly and helpful, the office is beautiful, and the phlebotomists are skilled. I would highly recommend this lab.
