Our team worked with White Orchid Productions a few times at weddings. They have the best coordinators that I have met so far. They are very nice and gentle, and are very capable of making beautiful decorations. After seeing how satisfied my customers were working with them, I highly recommend them.

We were recommended to Christine Bailey and her White Orchid Productions company by the Riviera Resort & Spa Palm Springs as a preferred vendor. After interviewing various wedding planners, we picked Christine as she was highly professional, confident, creative, and seemed resilient under pressure. We did not just wanted someone who can coordinate a wedding, but someone who was creative and capable of making our vision of an elegant wedding come true.
Christine has experience in fashion, is in tune with the latest wedding trends, has published her work, has a capable all in one studio that also supplies floral/​décor, and that is why we knew she was the one to work with. We hired her for her coordination, floral/​décor, and officiant services.
She carefully listened to what we wanted, and helped sketch our initial budget within our means. She was responsive, and answered all our questions as they popped up whether by phone or email. She met with us monthly and kept us on schedule with our timeline.
She provided us meetings with vendors who she worked with, each of them outstanding performers in their field. We ended up hiring our DJ/​MC/​Lighting/​Band, Ceremony Guitarist, Photographer, and Baker based on her recommendations. Each of them was perfect, and we had no doubt in the work they completed. Plus based on Christine’s referral, we were able to obtain a negotiated discounted contract.
As the months went by, our story board started to come together. As our ideas and budget changed, Christine was adaptive to accommodate them. When we felt stressed under the last few months, Christine kept us calm and told us to just, «Enjoy the party as it will be over before you know it.» …And enjoyed the party we did. When we walked down the aisle, we embraced everything. The venue’s decoration was perfect, the music was superb, it was elegant right down to the smallest details, and the place just glowed. She even performed our ceremony. She worked closely with the MC to accommodate any list minute changes and everything flowed seamlessly. Everyone complimented how nice everything looked, and enjoyed themselves. Many of them mentioned that this is the best wedding they have ever attended.
We’d like to thank Christine and White Orchid Productions for making our wedding day special, for molding our vision, filling in any holes of uncertainty, and making everything picture perfect. White Orchid Productions was amazing to work with for my wedding on August 3 at Hotel Laguna. White Orchid Productions helped me plan the wedding of my dreams.
