They do a great job! If you need your taxes done the right way these guys are the way to go. They took me without an appointment on the fly the day before tax day and help me get that all over with. I’ll probably be back next year for the same great service, and free coffee ;-)

Would give a negative rating if possible. They had a groupon listed for $ 59 ($ 500) for complete tax prep services so we decided to give them a try-​especially with the Unilocal reviews. Once I tried calling for an appointment, I had to contact them more then once to schedule and it seems like they delayed in scheduling since I said I had a groupon. When I finally reached someone, Chris suddenly said that $ 59 doesn’t cover everything and we’d have to pay an additional $ 150 for them to look at our paperwork. He said that only 1040 EZ was included in the groupon yet it is not specified on the ad and ours only had one 1099 with one simple deduction on top of our W2s. This guy was not trying to get our business at all, instead he made sure that we would never use their company in the future. Don’t fall for their false groupon deal!

Chris Shihadeh is helped me a lot with my tax returns. He showed me many ways to save money and gave me many suggestions what I should and what i shouldn’t do. I definitely saved more money this year then i did last year. ON top of that, they have friendly customer service and always happy to help with any questions I have. Use them, you will not regret it.

Ziptax has been doing my returns for several years now and always do an excellent job. One year i had a small balance and they were able to get it placed into some status where i didnt have to pay it at all.
