Advantage Storage – Las Colinas

This storage facility is simply awesome! I’m moving from my house in Arlington, and needed a place to keep my stuff. This place meets all of my needs. Totally worth my drive and time. It’s very clean, safe, organized, well lit, and easily accessible. They have climate controlled and non. They have conveniently placed flat carts right next to the elevators for you to use. Prices are definitely reasonable. Took my dad with me since he has had experience with other storage units, and he was very impressed with everything as well. Leasing a unit was super simple and stress free. I actually leased a 5×10 then changed my mind the next day. They were able to accommodate my request for a 10×10 right as I pulled up with our Uhaul. It doesn’t get any more efficient than that! The owners/​managers, Rusty and Tara, live on site and make sure things are run the right way. They are very friendly, efficient, professional, and helpful. I called a few weeks before leasing, and Tara was very welcoming over the phone. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The first time I visited to lease my unit, they were not there, but when I came in the next day, Rusty greeted me by name and apologized for not meeting me the day before. He then asked about the service and interaction I received while leasing to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service! Very sweet and pleasant people. Save yourself the stress and lease your unit here. You will be very taken care of!

I absolutely LOVE this storage. It’s clean, safe, and secure! Rusty and Tara are so warm and helpful. Even though I am now in Georgia, I know that my belongings are in great hands and I always love Rusty’s sense of humor when I call to make my payments. Very satisfied!

This was my first and only experience renting a storage unit. I was shocked at how helpful, efficient, and clean the whole process was. We were in the process of moving, and renting this storage unit was the least stressful thing we did through the whole process.

I am beyond satisfied with Advantage Storage of Las Colinas and wish I had found them sooner. From the first day I called for a quote Debbie went above and beyond to get me all the info I needed and double check that they had the specific type of unit I wanted. She was patient and well informed even though I called multiple times. I told her I would come in to see the unit the following day and was very surprised when first thing the following morning Rusty called me to let me know that they looked forward to meeting me later that day. I visited the storage and immediately noticed how very clean and well-​kept the facilities were. The unit was perfect, clean with a high ceiling, wide hallways and flatbed carts to transport my items from the truck to my unit. Terra and Rusty were so warm and welcoming to us. During the sign up process they were sincere, friendly and truly cared about the concerns I had (dust, moisture). When I went back the following day to start moving in, I was surprised that Rusty had mopped and wiped the floor and walls of my unit which didn’t have any noticeable dust to begin with. At this location, customer satisfaction truly comes first. They go out of their way to make you feel valued. I find this refreshing. Thanks Terra, Rusty and Debbie. Who would have thought that getting storage could feel like joining a family.

From the moment I called to inquire about pricing, Rusty and Tara were extremely friendly and patient with all my questions about the different options. The location is great, being right off of 635. I love the fact that they are on property and have security cameras going 24 hours, with your own personalized access code. It is also a great addition that they have carts and dollys available for use while on property. I only wish every experience of mine with customer service could be this good, I would definitely recommend the storage facility and the management! They remember my name and the little things I told them about a trip I would be taking, then called to see how the trip had gone!
