Alliance Limousines and Transprotation

This is my second time using Alliance Limousine and Transportation and their customer service has exceeded my expectation again! The first time was for my sister’s 30^th birthday; this time was for my sister-in-law’s bachelorette party.
Jeff handled our reservation and it was a quick and easy process. The driver who was to pick us up was running late and Najia contacted me to let me know and she was able to send another driver (Luis) to save our party. The bride-​to-​be was happy!
Despite all the things happening, the Alliance team was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!
Also, I booked directly through their website, in case anyone was wondering.

After looking over these reviews the only reason I can think of that my experience was so very different is that I booked through
and not directly through them. So with that disclaimer for them this is what I experienced.
They didn’t pick me up. They didn’t answer the contact number I was given. I never spoke to them directly. Upon realizing that my calls were being ignored (iphone users note) my husband called
directly while I kept calling on my phone and waiting for an answer or for it to ring.
30 minutes after our pickup time we were informed that they had been in an accident (by
) and another limo wouldn’t arrive for another 1 ½ hours. What would we like to do? Well since we would like to make our flight we will jump into the car and drive to the airport. Cancel our return pickup from the airport.
Well I guess they never did even though I followed up with an email from Mexico because Alliance tried to pick me up at the airport on our return. I guess better late than … whatever. I of course didn’t take the limo to remote parking to get my car.
What did I learn from this? It would have cost over $ 160 to take a limo to and from the airport but at remote parking I paid under $ 100 and the transport buses at the airport are very reliable.

Top notch limo service from Alliance, driver Ramone was super friendly and courteous. They were waiting for me well before the required pick up time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them the next time I am in town.

Exactly what a car service is supposed to be. Early and waiting for me, had real time traffic data with the alternate route planned. Amer, the driver was professional and personable. The car was clean and smooth. And the rates were terrific!

Great service at a very reasonable price! I have used this service many times, and have had the pleasure of getting Vince as my driver. Vince is super professional, knows where to go, and is always on time! Love that he goes the extra mile and calls me when I land to get my exact location and know where I will be picked up! Best driver ever!
