Saw ad in the Dallas Voice. Contacted agency when moving my policy from Arkansas to Texas. The agency fails to return phone calls. Transferred policy at last moment. Was told prior policy was cancelled. It wasn’t. Prior to changing vehicles attempted to get a quote. Again no callbacks: (. Been a Allstate customer for 12+ years. Switched away.
