Amazing Lash Studio

I am very disappointed in Amazing Lash… I called at the end of December about cancelling my membership and I was told I would have to «fill out a form» in person. I live in Rockwall and only joined here because it was close to my office. The next time I could get there was on Monday January 4^th to fill out the form in person. Which I don’t understand, we live in a time where email exists but whatever. I specifically asked if the payment that had just been drafted was my last payment and they said yes. To my surprise they drafted another payment on February 1^st. I was told that they couldn’t refund my money but they would give me a gift card. Okay, what am I supposed to do with a gift card if I’m not getting my lashes done any longer? I have little nubs because the extensions broke my real lashes off.

Lauren did an awesome job– I went to Hawaii, and they lasted through the sweaty hikes, ocean dives, etc., blah blah blah… I had them for well over a month, without a fill. Honestly, I’m kind of shocked at how great this place. Usually you get what you pay for, but don’t fear the lower price point, the quality exceeded expectations!

I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio in Las Colinas! Everyone is very professional and have great customer service no matter what! I have been going for over one year and have always had a great experience! And you leave looking beautiful!!!

I do not recommend this studio. At one point in life, I was a regular lash customer at another studio but stopped getting them a year and a half ago. When I decided to get lashes again, I thought I would try Amazing Lash Studio, since there is a location much closer to me than my old place. That was a mistake. 1) Five minutes before my scheduled appointment, when I was literally turning onto MacArthur, someone from the studio called and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. No thanks, since this is the 11^th hour and I am literally 1 minute away. I get there and I see why they wanted to reschedule, it was crazy busy. 2) After waiting a few minutes to check-​in, an employee hands me first time guest paperwork. Imagine my shock when I see a disclaimer form saying I will not sue Amazing Lash if I am in someway harmed by the services. One of the forms also asked for an emergency contact. I wasn’t sure if I was about to go ziplining or receive a beauty service. To me, this was the most egregious portion of the visit and the main reason why I will not return. And 3) The application took close to two hours! Historically, I am at my old salon about one hour when I receive a new set. I regret trying this place. This may work for you if you are ok singing release forms and waivers for basic services and if you have an extra hour to kill.

I have been going to this location for several months and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I usually see Lauren and she does an amazing job. I always leave satisfied. No matter who is at the front desk, they are always friendly and welcoming and make everything very easy.

I have been a customer for a few months and I don’t have a bad thing to say about the women at Amazing Lash Studio in Las Colinas. Scheduling is a breeze and they always try their bet to accommodate changing schedules. The environment is relaxing and comfortable and they will fix anything you ask them to until you get the look you want. I’ll definitely continue to go back.

My first visit here was great, no complaints. good customer service, nice relaxing environment, and good prices. I went for a fill and my lash tech was able to keep my lashes consistent. I will be returning.

Your location in Las Colinas has the most horrible customer service. I had a NEW lash completed and the person had me looking cock eyed. I will never use your services again and have cancelled my membership, I had to book a correction because she spent over an hour on one eye and rushed the other one. Neither was dramatic liked I asked and like I had before at the same place. The manager did not allow me to reschedule a missed correction appt due to person issue that happened for me. I should never had to book a correction in the first place on something I had paid for and should have been done the first time. I will suggest to anyone need lashes to pay the higher fee at other places to be sure you are not looking like Popeye because it is cheaper here but with less quality. Quality is best over anything and this lash studio is not quality at ALL. I will NEVER have a good word to say about Amazing Lash Studio. It should be called Moderate Lash Studio, because nothing is amazing about looking like you are winking with both eyes open

The girl I had did a good job and the promotion they are doing is great! My lashes are going strong and it’s been three weeks. I’m not sure how much of a difference it is between the levels of the person who apply a the lashes but I might try leveling up just to see the difference

Lashes literally look plastic, just terrible quality. I’ve done extensions before where I paid more but they were so much more natural looking. These look so cheap and tacky, I’m sorry to say. I’ll pay double somewhere else to get these off. Just really disappointed in this place.

I thought I made an appt and called to confirm a week later… I wasn’t in the book. But they found a way to squeeze me in. I really liked them & will go back!
