Americas Best Value Inn

This is one of the nastiest motel/​hotels I have ever been unfortunate to have to sleep in. The staff sucks, the hallways smell like currie, sewage, and sweaty work boots. There is next to no parking due to 10 tree trucks, and 8 big rigs parking sideways across numerous spots each. Even though there is parking for them next door…
This is the WORST PLACE EVER.
First room, the commode over ran and flooded the room and hallway, that evening the floor was still squishy wet after work and they didn’t want to switch rooms.
The second and last… cause they are full, I have no clue why, as bad as this place is… the air conditioner doesn’t work but about half the time.

Very disappointing! No coffee pot, very hard beds, not good lighting, no ice or even vending machines, flat pillows, no thick blanket, noisy, but worst of all was very UNfriendly customer service. He did not smile, barely spoke English, was unhelpful, had a bad attitude, and would not let us check out at Noon (1 hour later) because he said they get too busy! Ha! Doubtful!

It is a pretty decent place just for a last minute hotel, but it doesn’t work if you’re wanting to have a long stay. The place could use a renovation due to the stains on the carpet and bathroom as well as the hallway walls and the bed comforter isn’t so appealing but at least the sheets are nice & clean. The locks on the door are horribly maintained, you can tell due to the screws being loose. The only thing that is reassuring is the deadbolt installed since its tightly secured.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. You get what you pay for at this place. It is cheap to stay the night, but definitely not worth it. It was dirty, smelly, and lacking major renovations. It was such a depressing atmosphere that my husband (whom is not picky as long as he has a bed to sleep in) actually suggested we go sleep in the car or get another hotel room. Also, there were sketchy people standing outside every time I walked in and out of the hotel. Go ahead and pay the additional $ 40 elsewhere, don’t compromise your safety and/​or health by staying at this establishment. The photos on their website are, of course, nothing like what you will see in person.

Please don’t waste your time or money on this hotel… it stinks, it’s completely filthy, no breakfast, no ice, no coffee maker, filthy shower — cracks everywhere no amenities at all! The front desk clerk were kind but the room was a miserable night spent!

This strikes me as one of the nastier hotels that is trying to turn around. The front desk lady was gave great service. The price was great $ 60 a night for three adults. They just put in new carpeting and the rooms were really nice. The sheets were clean and the beds we’re comfortable. The only drawback was a strong weed smell on the second floor and the people in another room were having a domestic disturbance. I don’t think it was the hotels fault.

This was easily the dirtiest, worst motel that my husband and I have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. I am not trying to be a snob but this motel is for people who cannot afford anything else and for people that don’t mind living in absolute filth. The people at the front desk are rude, there is no ice machine, no ice bucket, no cups, no coffee maker, and no vending machines. We got a smoking room, yet there were no ashtrays in the room. I called the front desk to ask about an ashtray and he said if I wanted one, I’d have to come to the desk and request one… So, no ash trays are in the smoking rooms… Bazaar! I guess they are afraid of people stealing them because it looks like some shady characters live there. Oh and by the way they have security at night there because it’s so dangerous I suppose. As I stated if you don’t mind staying in a filthy horrible motel this is the one for you. I uploaded REAL photos of the bathroom to show you how bad this place is. The mattress and comforters look like they’re about 30 years old and have never been washed. There are cigarette burns and stains all over them. There are also stains that look like blood, dirt and all sorts of other nasty things all over the walls. On almost every single towel there were long black hairs on them, ewwww! Beware of this place! P. S. The other photos that are posted on here DO NOT look anything like the room that we had, don’t be fooled, it was flat out gross!
