Apple Apartments

I felt a disconnected between myself and the management group. It seemed like they just didn’t care about my concerns and the time to complete work orders. I would get paper work on work orders being completed but things were still not resolved. When I email questioning the validity of the work. I was not being informed in a proper time frame or valid explanation. So this prompt me to leave their properties. The management group has attempted to manufacturer charges against me in a revenge ploy by the existing management group. I was critical of them on items and they want to stick it to me. If you wish to not be treated with respect and want to pay extra for made up chargers and have you rental history jacked up. By all means move into the apple apartments.

Don’t expect to get anything done on time. Management will tell you «I will call you later» about a request. I asked several times to be assigned covered parking, with NO response. I simply gave up. Now a new tenant moves in and is assigned parking right away. Fair? Equal? I don’t think so. Upon requesting why this is happening since I requested it months ago, I was simply told I am sht out of luck.
Been here 2 years, every time I am looking to move I can not get out because I passed the deadline… deadline is like 5 days before renewal is due 3 months out!
