Tried out the buffet today with a group of friends. Everything was delicious. The chicken biryani and chicken boti was amazing. We also gorged a lot on the awesome halwa puri

The most annoying and horrible experience of my life in a resturant. I would rather go eat in texas king or bbq tonitte or at al markaz rather go eat here. We went to aslam biryani on my birthday. We drove almost about one hour really hungry. We went in took our seats and Waited 12 minutes for the customer service to give us a menu that lady was so rude she didn’t even greet us. We ordered Sondheim biryani for 6.99 and beef seeks kabab for 7.99 and I was told that there will be three seekh Kababs we almost waited 35 to 45 minutes for this order. They didn’t even brother to serve us with some water for the amount of time. finally after 45 minutes our food arrived and this is what we got The Biryani was really blend it just felt like I was eating plain rice with some meat masala in it. The seekh kababs was another horror story. the kababs we got were microwave cooked and they were falling apart and best part about it it was only one seekh kabab cut into three pieces and the sell this S***for 7.99. I would never recommend anybody to go and waste their hard earned money and your precious time on this peace of crap resturant. I would actually recommend the owners of the resturants consider closing the shop or make some serious changes in their attitude and in their resturants. I ruined my birthday by eating in this resturant. I would not want anybody to dine in this resturant and waste their money

This restaurant has delicious food and really good portions for the price. My family was in Dallas and it is hard when we travel to get halal dishes. The chicken biryani was amazing. We got this twice during our trip and the dal was outstanding. We would eat here at least once a week if we lived in Dallas.

They have very authentic food at a good price. The naan is fresh and made to order. The biryani is amazing and made with just the right amount of spices, mutton biryani was great.

Never a dull moment… the taste keeps getting better & better and no one can deny that this place quenches the hunger and thirst. I have seen patrons returning back to this place who were not even born in that household where native Pakistani food was made daily.

Good authentic Indian food. Go for the biryani. lustful, bordering on sin. Dropped a star as its great for to-go orders. I can eat there alona, but would not like to eat there with my family. But food is just like Delhi old-school food.

I know they are known for their biryani but I went during their Sunday lunch buffet and everything was good including biryani, nihari, karhai but Haleem was just exceptional. They had all the condiments to accompany the haleem. Great service, great food, clean place. As good as it gets.

I visited this place only because a friend said it was very good. Well, it wasn’t. I can overlook the plain, tired-looking interiors; I can overlook the bad service. But not the bad food. Served on plastic plates, the curry I got was more some braised meat on an ocean of oil. So greasy. Meat was mostly flavorless, if tender. The naan was a joke, and it tasted more like pizza dough than anything else. I suspect that the cooks haven’t ever had real Indian/Pakistani food. Also, they served us a minuscule portion of rice to share among three people. All in all, stay away from this place: there are definitely better options in the area.

The place is called«Aslam Biryani House». The interior is very nice. We went there for dinner and ordered chicken biryani and chicken tikka masala. I can say it was the best chicken tikka masala I’ve ever had at an Indian restaurant and I’ve been to hundreds of Ind. restaurants all over the country. The biryani was also very good. Naans were good but a little too doughy. The reason I’m giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the service. It was a little too slow even though there was only 1 other dining party when we were there. Styrofoam cups for drinks was also a big turn off. They had regular plates, silverware etc. so these cups felt so cheap and out of place.

Tried their chicken biryani and kadhai chicken and both were really good, maybe the best chicken biryani we have had in the DFW metro area… they don’t offer roti but only naan and I am not a huge fan of Naan with its maida texture. Prices are decent, not the best of the neighbourhoods and not the best of ambience but I would go back there for the food.

I’ve been to this place twice. Both time I got chicken biryani and Pai. The food is unarguably great. I’ve tried many indian and pakistani joints and this is the place to go. The environment is okay and there is no décor to speak of. But again, I would still choose this place over any fancy indian restaurant in town. The service is great and I hope that they will continue with the quality of the food. A must try place for good indian and pakistani food.

I went for lunch here. The restaurant is clean and the seating area is good. They are not formal. You have to order by going to the counter and get whatever table you want. The quality of the food served is awesome. The naan are fresh and well cooked. The chicken Biryani is also very delicious. The whole reason why I gave a 3 to this review is because even though the quality of the food is awesome, the quantity is not that impressive. In the chicken biryani I got a decent amount of rice but just 3 tiny chicken pieces. So I think there are other places in town that serve chicken biryani with a better proportion of rice and chicken. The lady at the counter was polite and offered us coupons for a buy one get one free biryani, when we visit them the next time. She said we give this coupon to whoever comes to us the first time. Their food prices are very reasonable. Overall its a good place.

I usually don’t really like Indian food, but I went with some coworkers to this place. My co-worker is Indian and knows a lot of small local, authentic places. I thought our food was very good. Something that would help this place is to have descriptions in English of what the different dishes were, because I would have had a hard time ordering without my insider there. I had one of the curries and it was tasty. I’m sorry I can’t tell you which one but it was red, that is all I know! It was supposed to be one of the spicier curries, but it was not too spicy. We all got a small salad before our meal. The service was fine(order at the counter and they bring you the food).

Beef Biryani was delicious and probably some of the best Naan I’ve had. I did seem to have any service issues as I read about from another review for this restaurant. I would recommend it and I will be going back.
