Dr Bashour and all her staff are great. I’ve been a patient of hers for 5 years. She is always caring and I never have to wait like other doctor offices. I would recommend her office and have to all my friends.

OVERCHARGES — for two years they have been overcharging us insisting we have not met the deductible (while no other docs have had this issue) and have not given a refund in a timely manner (more than a year to get refund & still owe us as of now) INCONSIDERATION — I have always waited the customary 20 – 30 mins and on 2 occasions, more than an hour to see the doc as they were having issues with their computer. Even with an infant, I was understanding and patient. But this last visit, as I was very sick with a fever, with 2 sick kids ages 1 & 3, I was late for my appointment (called them too) but even though there was no one else in the office, they refused to see me b/​c it was their office policy. INACCURACY — I saw the doc for pain in my leg and foot (never mentioned neck). Then asked for physical therapy for my leg & foot. As I got to my PT appointment, I realized they had a prescription for the wrong body part. Tried to call and get it corrected, but didn’t call me back in time.
