Poorly done work. Very disappointed. I had to pay somebody else to redo my hair,(which took less than four hours as opposed to over six hours i spent here), because i was so embarrassed by how bad it looked. Be prepared to spend half of your day for a simple hair service that usually takes four hours or less at other hair salons,(even with a take down and shampoo included). A total waste of time and money;when your are done and disappointed with the outcome, you are way too exhausted and irritated from spending what seems like forever at the salon to voice your concern. First and Last!
P.S:No customer should be subjected to listening to the personal details of your life while you are providing service to them. It is SO OFF PUTTING;the customer is not your therapist or counselor. Not every one wants to have lengthy conversations with a hair dresser during an appointment. Besides, if the person is clearly quiet for most of the conversation you are attempting to have with them and they are reading a book, something should tell you they might not want to engage in a conversation with you except to inform you of the kind of hair service they want.
