These people are slum lords and crooks. Front gates have been broken for 3 years and are just permanently open. Real safe. Units are in bad disrpair. They have an agreement with a towing company (which I’m sure they get kickbacks) that allow them to tow you or your guests vehicles for any reason… inlcuding backing in to your parking spot. They’re just crooks running a seedy operation. RUN RUN RUN from this place.

This is most disgusting place i ever lived in my entire life. Even i never deal with those cheap people in my whole life. Especially GLANDA who is leasing consultant here. She thinks that she owns this BH Management. She even don’t know that she is most irritating person in whole world.
This place is full of bed bugs and they even don’t care. they never send pest control in your apartments.
They even lost over mailing packages lot of time and all the time they give some weird excuse.
Security is joke in this property. they said its gated community. But i never saw gate close in this community. and every time when we ask about it, they said some problem in gate. They never ever fixed that problem.
Half of GYM equipment is not working. for weight machine they kept pulley to themselves. When i been in office to ask for it they said its $ 25 dollar. Lol. and they said you might run away. They have my every information. than how can i run away with that stupid pulley.
Anyways if you don’t want security and you can deal with those cheap people and cheap environment than this place is perfectly for you.
