Captain Limousines

I also have gone back and forth with Karen Wellington much like the comment above mine. This place is hands down the worst company/​experience I have EVER had to deal with. My friends and I booked a limo to come pick us up and take us to the Cowboys game. Pick up was at 1pm and the limo NEVER SHOWED UP. I called every number I could find to get a hold of someone, but no one answered. I had to take an Über at 2pm because we couldn’t wait any longer. I finally got a call after 3pm while I was in the stadium saying there was a mix up with the time. I called back several times and no one would return my calls. I emailed numerous times and finally Karen Wellington wrote back saying she would refund my money in 3 – 5 days. It’s now 2 months later and Captain Limousines and Karen Wellington have yet to give me any money back. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company only to have my credit card company call me to tell me that Captain Limo offered me a store credit. I live in Washington, D.C. and would have no use for a store credit, and even if I did, I would never come back to this place. The people that work here are awful, this Karen Wellington person is literally the least helpful person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I will pay potential customers $ 20 to go somewhere else. Go anywhere before you go here. Because they won’t show up, won’t respond to calls or emails, and won’t refund your money. I hope Karen reads this and decides to refund me my money. Your company is the worst.

I’m so disappointed. We have been planning to go to a concert for over a year now and to make our special night complete for our amazing daughters we decided to rent a limousine. I worked with Karen Wellington-​Little at Captain Limousines and we went back via some emails and phone calls. At first she told me my card did not go through for the deposit then came back and said it didn’t and then via email and voicemail said it did. So my last correspondence via email said all was good! So when I went back to confirm pick up time and location she said the reservation was deleted b/​c she never got the deposit. Email is not a viable form of communication I told her that it can be missed. She said she called me but I have no messages from her besides the first time when she said it didn’t work. She emailed me on September 10 and you would think at least she would have followed up with a phone call one or two days later. Now they are saying they have nothing for us but a hummer and want me to pay $ 400 more dollars to rent it. Are they scammers? This is ridiculous. I highly recommend never using this company. I see they have several negative reviews on Unilocal.Maybe I should have gone here first before even calling around for a limo.
