Took our older vehicle in for a much needed cleaning and also had a new stereo with Bluetooth and new speakers installed. They did an amazing job! The vehicle was quite messy and they really made a difference. When we picked up the car, a very very sweet lady came out with us and sat in the car to go over the basics of the new system. She was really nice and friendly. Overall, very happy!

My car was in serious need of a wash and some TLC, so I looked up a Groupon for a detail. Car Toys was offering a 50% off deal. $ 80 for a $ 160 value. Except that it wasn’t a deal at all…
I called ahead of time to ensure that they had WiFI and a waiting room so I could work while I waited. I alloted 2 – 3 hours of my day to allow ample time to get this done. Despite them being able to start on my car right away and a lack of any kind of wait whatsoever, I was informed that it would take a minimum of 6 HOURS! to get it done.
Additionally, they did a horrible job of explaining the options and all the extras when I checked in. Needless to say, I was surprised when they tried to charge me $ 60 extra to clean the seats… (they charge per seat)! Yes, a full $ 160 valued detail service somehow excludes the main interior of the car… the seats. And another $ 40 out of pocket to clean the headlights. The service techs were so nonchalant about everything and seemed to care less if they got my business one way or the other… who can blame them? They’re getting paid either way, so who cares…
In any case, I opted to go elsewhere… a family owned business where the customer service was impressive and warm. I ended up with much better quality than I could have even asked for, got a straight price, experienced a much shorter wait, and wasn’t bamboozled like I was at Car Toys.
