This will have to be the last time I come to this branch. EVERY time I have been here I have had to wait far too long. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes just to talk to someone about closing one of my accounts. Two other people that were also waiting just left to head to another branch. It should never take this long at a bank. I think I will leave now.

Always quick service, friendly, and they always give me a lollipop when I go there. The tellers are always very friendly and conversational. I’ve never had any issues here!

Great place with helpful staff. The higher ups seem as though they are more like slave drivers than leaders when they hawk over all the account managers. This location used to be a Washington Mutual that was converted. The location is quiet like any other bank and always has music playing. I think it’s funny that the tellers greet you when they’re behind the glass. I can never figure out who is talking to me.
