My sister put me up on this chicken wrap. So freaking good! I never have a bad experience at Chick-​fil-​A. Their chocolate chip cookies are the BOMB!

This place seemed dirty.
I just wanted a shake and some waffle fries. Just had a dirty feeling upon entering, but the employees were courteous.
The drive-​thru here is always long and ends up causing a traffic jam in the small parking lot they have. I had issues backing up since the drive-​thru line was right where the parking spaces were.

I love this chick fil a. Always fast and hot and fresh food. And always and condiments ready. Great service!

Paid for a large fry, get home to find a container that has enough to not even fill a kids meal fry. (No I didn’t eat any on my way home…) and Yes, I know this sounds stupid and petty but dear Lord when it seems like this happens every time I go to this location, there comes a point when something has to be said…

Well, this is a decent place. I don’t know if I came at the wrong time, But the floors were dirty. Also I noticed that the tables were very small, and I was very squished because there’s very little rooms in the booth. But the reason for the 3 star rating was that the staff seemed friendly and nice and helpful, and they may have asked us if we needed anything a little to much but, if your in the area and want Chick-​Fil-​A, it is worth the stop.

While traversing the metroplex at lunch, I decided to stop in at the local Chick-​fil-​a in Irving. There was long line of cars but they were quickly disappearing around the back of the store. Once I got in line, I saw why… There was an employee set up on the lawn next to where you place your order and she was ringing up the orders and taking payment so that all you had to do at the pick-​up window was pick up your food. Wished my Chickfila’s used this method. It’s quick & efficient and you’re in & out in no time!

You can tell management has put in the EXTRA effort to train their staff in exceeding the customers expectations through elevating their customer service. Their staff is just polite, friendly and they check on you while dining in.
Not sure how I feel about the upgrade it seems to have change the natural customer flow. But it looks nice.
I think I’ve had the majority of the items on their menu over the years from breakfast, lunch and dinner … they nail it every time. My favorite drink is the lemonade but their sweet tea runs pretty close.
This location is in a primo spot which means, lines can get long… especially if your using the drive-​thru service. They tried to expedite the process by adding workers outside to take your order using tables; it does add a personal touch… I just feel bad when 95 – 100 degree weather and they wear black uniforms.

They exceed my expectations everytime we eat there. Food is always hot and fresh. Quick courteous service.
Minus one star for the absolute worst music… I just want to ask myself as to who recorded this junk? Of all the Christian stations you could play and you choose Christian karaōke as recorded by a high school senior with a Casio keyboard.
Plan to wear headphones if you dine in.

This is in a prime location which is good and bad. It’s near the mall and a plethora of other food locations so it is hoppin’… All the time. I did go around 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon, but isn’t lunch time at 12? Anyway, Line was around the building… Parking was nuts so don’t even think about going inside-it’s packed and you gotta fight people for a table. If this location was a tad bigger it might work out better; but nonetheless it’s chick fil a and always rocks so it’s worth it.

Chick-​fil-​A exceeded expectations on my breakfast pickup order today. What really impressed me is that they provide EVERYTHING you would need to serve your breakfast — tongs for the chicken minis, large spoon for the fruit, small spoon for the Carmel, jam/​honey packets, plates, and napkins all nicely packed up in a box!
I will say I was surprised the chicken mini platters were not sitting there waiting but it made sense they probably wanted them to be hot and fresh. They packed them up within 5 minutes — the rest of the order was all ready at pickup time.
I will definitely be back — made for a flawless breakfast for Admin’s day today.

This Chick-​fil-​A is always great. Fast and friendly service. Once you sit down with your order, you never have to get up again. They wait on you, refilling your drink, getting condiments. etc. Always busy, especially the drive thru. Food is always good and the service puts it over the top.

Chick-​fil-​a is always awesome and this location is no exception! Always friendly faces, always well stocked, and the staff is always friendly! They go above to ensure a good experience.

Never will I tire of going to Chick-​Fil-​A, not with the A++ customer service they have! Always polite, courteous, but most importantly sincere.
Drive thru is extremely efficient at lunch rush. Employees take your order outside to ensure a flow of cars to the window. Food is more than worth it. One of my favorite indulgences. I always get the #4 Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich — which is amazing and perfect squeezed between two buns. Sweet tea to top it off. Also have a GREAT chicken salad sandwich if you’re not feeling the chicken vibe (although that’s why you’re here, right?).
Favorite part is thanking the employees and hearing «my pleasure» as a reply. No, Chick-​Fil-​A, the pleasure I fear is entirely mine: D

Every time I go to this Chic-​fil-​a, they never disappoint. The staff is efficient and friendly. They get your order, verify for accuracy, and get it to you as quickly as possible.
The staff makes sure that the place is clean and in order. The Condiments section is always in order.
I love that they have mouth wash dispenser in the ladies room. It Is something that you don’t see often.

As fast food restaurants go Chick-​fil-​A is one of the best in its category. Still a bit pricey for me.

One word. Vanessa! She is the store manager and she is incredible! I place several large orders with this particular chick fil a every couple of months and everytime they have been very accommodating. Even last minute large orders during the lunch rush. They also aren’t selfish of their condiments, like most fast food places!
I know in a crunch for employees lunch I can call out to Vanessa and she will be there to help with a smile on her face!

Wow. This is the first time have been to a Chick-​fil-​A and I expected it to be like any other fast food restaurant. Chick-​fil-​A blew my expectations out of the water. Rarely have I encountered such remarkable customer service; I don’t know if it was the sunshine beaming down on a cloudless day or what, but I left there feeling like I had slid down a rainbow into a pot of gold. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and warm. We were greeted by an older gentleman and offered chicken samples by a sweet little old lady. We were served by lovely and smiling Alicia who knew her products and happily answered our questions. I was thrilled to find out that the chicken nuggets were chunks of chicken rather than a purée of chicken and various powders/​chemicals like other nuggets. They also serve real brewed tea with real sugar; it is a sad comment on society when customers are excited to find out that food served is ‘real’ instead of manufactured. The restaurant was clean and bright and we were checked on several times by the nice man who initially greeted us.
Afterwards I found out a little about the owner’s views and values, and it did put a bit of a damper on the experience, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
