I could talk about how much I love Cindy and how much I love Cindy’s Pilates all day. But eventually you would be bored, so I’ll tell you this… after only one week back after holiday season gorging, I can already see the top abs of my six pack… only when flexing, but it’s a start. Digging out the remainder of the six pack from their soft, soft fat cradle will be much more challenging, but if anyone can help me, it’s Cindy.

I am very tall with poor posture and a weak core. Combining weight loss with cindys classes made me feel so much better. As a guy I was a little concerned but I could not be happier. Make no mistake she will work you hard but afterward you will feel great!

I needed an exercise that incorporated stretching and strength training and Pilates fit the bill. I’ve taken the barre, mat, reformer, and jump board classes. I love each one for different reasons — whether I am wanting more cardio or strength training that week. But, let’s be honest, I’m addicted! I’ve made a lot of friends in classes and I can’t imagine my life without Cindy’s Pilates now. If you’re looking for a well rounded exercise program that will challenge you at whatever fitness level you are at then come join us! And yes, men do Pilates too!

I really enjoyed jumping over to this place after work. Back problems led me to discover pilates which changed my life. I normally just do pilates at home since most instructors don’t understand the subtleties of Pilates, instead only using ‘Pilates’ as a marketing term for their ab class. Cindy is a rare exception who helps you get in a great workout while activating and actively stretching your muscles. Cindy is a great instructor: very knowledgeable and fit. Unfortunately I no longer work in Las Colinas but if I ever make it back to Irving I’m definitely visiting Cindy’s Pilates.
