I Highly Recommend Crystal Images! I had a last minute order that needed to be completed, and every print/​promotional company I called wanted to up charge my order by around 400% for «Rush» processing. After speaking with Melanie at Crystal Images I was happy to hear that she could accommodate my turn around, and was able to do so with fair, straight-​forward pricing.

I googled engraveable bowls and vases and found Crystal Images online. I decided to order the «York Vase with Gold Spiral» for my retiring principal. My thought was to do a «Fill The Vase» theme so staff could write notes or give small gifts/​gift cards to her. I called to ask about this particular vase and they said it was even nicer than the picture looked. I was sold and ordered it and we worked 2 – 3 times on getting the engraving just right and then it was shipped in no time. It arrived on time and was packaged nicely and no damage. I highly recommend their products and their Customer Service was great! Great to work with.

I needed to order a personalized gift for a work related matter. It was very last minute. I found Crystal Images through a google search. They are located in TX and the recipient is located in CA. For no additional rush fee, they engraved the item same day and FedEx picked it up that afternoon for next morning delivery. The associate was very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend to anyone.
