I am very happy with the service I got, not only did they answer my calls at all times, they help me understand what was going on.
My case was done in a timely matter and the people once again were extremely nice & helpful

The worst experience with a law firm I have ever had. They don’t return calls, they keep shuffling your case from person to person. At times I felt they were against me.
They acted like we would take it to trial, but then after stringing me along for a year they dropped my case saying «they hoped the insurance company would take responsibility». Umm, I could have «hoped» by myself, it was your job to make them take responsibility.
This after claiming the small injury reimbursement from my insurance.
Guess they just handle the slam dunks, but if it is a slam dunk what do you need them for?
