Great customer service! I called ahead and the told me it would be about a 30 — –45min wait and when I got there they immediately got my info and patched my tire. I was out quick and they did a great job.

In old days drive in and tire was plugged so lot quicker.

I LOVE THESE GUYS! Had a nail in my tire today and stopped in to get it fixed. They patched it… for free… sent me on my way with a smile & kind words… all under an hour. And no up selling or extra hoo-​haw. 2 other dallas locations are just as great. Evidently I run over lots of nails and have been in 3 metroplex locations and I think they are all super!

I was having trouble with my wheels. They weren’t gripping the pavement as I tried to accelerate onto the highway. Busted a u turn to make it back to this location. They completed a tire rotation and balancing on my car then recommended that I stop by Christian Brothers Automotive, next door! I’m thankful for their service! They do get busy so make sure to give yourself a 1 – 2 hours of waiting period in your day.

I visited this location after an unfortunate tire blow out and I have to say that my experience was quite pleasant! I called ahead to make sure they had the tire I needed and surely enough they did. I came in around 9:30 and although there were quite a few customers there, I was helped immediately as I walked in the door. The customer service here is EXCELLENT (as with all other locations I’ve visited). I was in and out with a new tire within less than thirty minutes which is what I love about Discount tire– their service is fast, friendly and affordable!

Discount tires as a company offers great service. Unlimited tire rotation and balance is a great plus to have. If you use it every 5−6k miles you can get some real mileage out of your tires. My last ones lasted me almost 70k miles on a 60k warranty.
This location had great service upfront. An employee named Erik went through all of the options for my new 4 tire purchase and showed the pros and cons of each one. He recommended a good tire at a fair price and had the car ready in like an hour.
The only issue I had was they forgot to reset the tire sensor in my car and I had to wait a while for the service guy to fix it. He never showed so Erik ended up having to come to the back and handle it.

As usual, Discount Tire does not disappoint. The guys were very friendly and had my tire repaired in 15 minutes at no charge. I’m still amazed that they provide this service, but it never fails. I would definitely recommend this particular location to anyone needing these types of services in the area.

I have never received bad customer service at any discount tires before. On some, the wait can be long but they can’t help that. I tire had a nail in it and I couldnt figure out why because it wasn’t flat. I kept putting air in it and the air pressure light kept coming back on. I finally scheduled for an inspection and they found a nail in it after a week long! I cant believe I drove for a week with a nail in my tire but anyway, they finally fixed it for free with insurance on my tire. It was the easiest experience. Buy insurance for your tires its worth it!!! They fixed my tire with less than 30 mins!

I love this place! Not 70%, not 80%, not 90%, not 95%, but 100% of the time, I’ve gotten excellent customer service from Discount Tire on MacArthur Blvd. What’s most important to me though, is that they honor their word.
I bought tires from them, at a very reasonable price, and every time I have an issue, they just take care of it. I went in yesterday with a nail in my tire. They took my car back, repaired it within 20 minutes and with a smile, sent me on my way. No charges, just followed through on what they said they would do when I bought my tires. I know when I go there, I won’t be treated like all I am is a walking dollar sign, which seems to be the trend of the day. I feel like I can trust them and that’s saying a lot. If all businesses were run this way, the world would be a better place!
They’re also very knowledgeable about their product and spend time to explain, in plain language, the pros, cons and differences between tires.

— you go in, you don’t know who to talk and no one guides you … People may come after you and get served before you for lack of management and organization
— They tell you that the job takes 1 & half hour but it’s actually 2hrs+.
— Customers waiting inside and no one informed them that they’re cars actually got done after waiting for couple of hours.
Hopefully this will be good tips for the management, and future costumers.

Excellent service! Quick and easy! Explains everything to you so you understand what you are paying for. My favorite time to go in for my tire rotation and balance is about an hour before closing! You will be in and out! And for $ 25, you can’t beat it.

I replaced all my four tires at this Discount Tire location and I have to say that it was a good experience.
It gets busy in here, so had to wait few minutes before being attended. The guy was knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly explained the difference between good, better and best tires and how they perform.
He took note of how old the car is and the driving habits. Based upon that they would make a recommendations but they always do recommend one notch above required but no ill feelings there.
They charge a disposal fee of $ 2.50/tire, Installation fee (comes with lifetime spin balancing) of $ 16/​tire and optional warranty of $ 10/​tires.
Once decided, I was told an estimated service time of about 1.20 Hrs and it was ready very close to the estimated time.
They have nice, cool and comfy waiting area and cold bottled water and coffee while you wait.
If you like, you can just walk downhill to the Texaco gas station and have a Biryani or uphill to Hilltop Indian and have a cold beer. There are lots of other restaurants within the walking distance.
Overall, it was a quick and friendly service.

I love that they have a free air check line manned with someone to assist — now that is service!

After a horrible experience at Firestone I decided to come to here. Discount Tire is always friendly and fast. They never try to over sell me or price gouge me like other places sometimes try to do. It’s hard to find reliable and honest automotive shops when you’re a women. Thank you discount tire for always taking care of me.

After just recently moving to Dallas, I decided to return to Discount Tire after having a great experience at one of the Salt Lake City locations.
They did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, not looking to rip you off whatsoever. Being a young female, I often experience auto mechanics trying to offer me very expensive, unnecessary services and parts. I have never felt this way with Discount Tire, and the manager was more than willing to explain exactly what they would be doing.
They offer so many complimentary services I can’t imagine buying tires anywhere else.

I love this discount tires, they have the best BEST customer service. I will drive out of my way to go to them.

Everyone knows it can suck getting a flat tire, but the guys at Discount Tire make it not so bad. So much so that my experience there can be noted as pleasant even.
Yesterday I noticed a completely flat tire while returning from grocery shopping. Luckily, there was a Firestone within the block and I stopped by to see if they would spare me a little time with some extra air. To my disappointment, the guy told me that my tire was no good after a 30 second evaluation and told me he’d need to replace it altogether. Since they had no used tires there, it would run me $ 97! No way. I decided to try my luck and go a little further down the road to Discount Tire.
I wasn’t sure if they would have time to check out my situation given the late evening hour and busy line forming before me, but they did. Not only did the technician check out the inside of my tire and sensors to determine if it was salvageable, he did this all FREE of charge and within 30 minutes. End result? A pumped up tire with replaced sensors and zero charge. Nada. These guys saved me $ 97, a headache and now have earned my loyal business in the future. Honesty like this is hard to find in the car industry, and is much appreciated!

Having purchased tires at Discount Tire in a previously life, I decided I would be return to Discount Tire as it was time to purchase tires again. On my initial visit I could not believe how busy this place was There was easily 10 – 12 people already waiting for their vehicle and there was another 8 – 10 people in line (including myself). I seriously thought they might be giving away free tires. Unfortunately that was not the case.
The associates did a great job of processing the line and in no time I was being waited on. For me purchasing tires is one of those necessary evils so I’m very selective in my purchase. Kristopher waited on me an did a superb job assisting me in my tire decision. Because of the number of people ahead of me, I decided to make an appointment and return later in the week.
Because everything had been entered earlier in the week, my follow up appointment went smoothly. Kristopher was working on that day and waited on me once again. I gave him my keys and as promised, within an hour I was on the road with a new set of tires.
The wait went fairly quickly as several of the other customers were super friendly and talkative. The most painful part of the wait was the temperature in the waiting area; it was cold. I’m sure that has to do with all of the windows in the area and the fact that there are a significant number of customers entering/​exiting the primary door.
If you’re in the market for tires or need to have a tire repaired, I highly recommend Discount Tire and more specifically, this location.
