After taking off half a day from work to come see this spine specialist, I arrived for my appointment early only to be told they had been trying to get a hold of me they checked my number and it was not correct in their system. Then they told me they where trying to call to reschedule my appointment. Standing there in disbelief and told me what day would be good for them, not asking when would be good for me. The only time I am not in pain is when I am asleep. So I do everything right and they care so little as to turn me away when I showed up for my appointment. If this is how you treat a new patient, then I don’t want to find out how you treat your regulars!!!
