BEWARE!!! The first time I was here the staff was so loud and obnoxious that I almost asked them to be quiet. They were cackling and laughing and talking so loud amongst each other that there was no way that anyone in there could relax! The woman who did my nails(Connie) did a good job, but wasn’t very pleasant. Still I tipped her $ 20 and told them I would be back. I travel for work so I made my next appointment days in advance. The day of my app I called and told them I was running about 30 – 45 min late and asked if she could still see me. The man on the phone said yes and to come on in. I arrived at my appointment and Connie was with someone else that she clearly just started on. I told them I had an app from a week ago and I had called to say I was running late. Connie just looked at me rudely and told the people at the front that she couldn’t do my nails because I was late! And then Connie and the woman up front and the man who I spoke to on the phone started yelling at each other in a foreign language. They were all bickering and causing a scene and not one of them addressed me to explain what was going on. It was clear that I was not going to be seen so I turned around and walked out all while they are still arguing amongst themselves. Then Connie and the lady up front ran out and tried to apologize after I was already in my car! Even going so far as to open my car door as I was about to pull out!!! CRAZY! This place is a circus with POORPOOR customer service. I don’t know about you but I like to relax and destress when getting my nails and toes done.. . This is NOT the place for that.

Well, not fancy place at all. Pedicure average/- However, nail shaping, art and gel color is a 4 star! I like gel color and art so, for that I keep going back. Price ok

I love this nail shop! The nail techs are very down to earth & real! Sometimes they are a little to blunt at times. The only thing I hate is that they constantly ask for a tip. It’s annoying! But other than that, they have me as a loyal customer.

I decided to come to Fancy Nails since I was desperate to get my nails filled and I was in the area. The staff greeted me nicely, which was a good first impression. I didn’t have to wait and got seated right away. I had on acrylic nails with gel polish on top, asked the lady how much it’d cost if I was to get the same thing again. She then asked another nail tech, as if she didn’t know, she found out it would cost $ 35 to get a fill with gel polish. I decided to get it done. I was curious so I asked about the price of a regular fill with regular polish. She once again turned and asked another nail tech. They said it was $ 30 because they would have to take the gel polish that I had on off first. That was probably the first time I heard something like that. Normally, it would only be charged if the customer wants a new full set. This was a REFILL. I’ve worked at two different nail salons so I know. Anyway, it was not a big deal since I always get gel polish. The nail tech then began her work. Everything was smooth until the shaping part. I kept telling her how I wanted my nails to look, she didn’t understand, I had to show her several pictures of my previous fills that I took. I’m not a picky customer. I just wanted my nails to look the way I expect it to look like. Overall, her work turned out great and she was nice. However the place was filled with technicians who would speak loud and act unprofessionally. I would only give this place a 3 stars.

This location has a beautiful setting that screams class. The staff that I encountered were anything but. From the lady who was doing my toes seriously coughing all over my legs and toes several times(who never made an attempt to cover her mouth) to her then watching TV giving the worst leg massage, to the lady fixing my nail texting and barely paying attention. If you aren’t big on customer service or have a great immune this is the place for you because they do good work. Just don’t let the look of the place fool you.

I don’t like being up sold by 3 different people. I will not come here again. Still looking for a decent place to get a mani and pedi that is great with customer service and when people tell you, i am here to spend a certain amount this is all I have then freakin listen!

I have given this place three tries and all three times same results. This has to be the most unprofessional nail salon that I have ever been to. Everyone stands around gossiping instead of focusing on doing a great job on your nails. Which ultimately results in crooked and cheap looking nails. I will never in my life go back here again. If you are thinking of trying Fancy nails think again and run far away! You have been warned.

Meant to post this the following Friday, but tried to publish from my phone. Hence, the timing is way off. But trust me, the experience is dead on. If I could award this place negative stars I would. «Since my review last Friday night, the polish from 3 more gel’d nails have peeled right off. The good news is that, at this rate, I won’t need to soak in acetone.»

Great place to go during the week. Weekends are packed & they probably might not get you in for awhile if you are a walk-in. They are all very talented at doing 3D nails. Although they are pretty pricey. A set of 3D nails for me was $ 95…The first picture of the leopard, with bows, and polka dots are mine. If you have some time to waste & you want badass nails, go here. They will not disappoint. Just be sure you set an appt. or go during the day, during the week.

This place is ridiculous! iwent here a couple of weeks ago, not my first time as i live down the street. Every time i go there’s a wait, they always say 10 min. LIE!meanwhile rushing the whole time while doing your nails. and their prices are outrageous! as you can see by the 3 $$$ They will charge $ 25 for a full set of white nel no nothing. they have full sets that go up to $ 90!yes dollars. Probably the only 2 people who know how to do nails is connie or Tina thats it. Everybody else is a newcomer and they’ll prove it in there work.

A local recommended I go here and I was not disappointed. I purchased a painted, gel French manicure for $ 25(mind you, it was natural nail and they didn’t have to tidy anything so it was strictly painting).for gel/shellac that’s a great deal! Basic pedicure(with a foot massage and massage chair) cost $ 20. This place was packed! It closes at 8pm so I suggest arriving by 7pm if you expect to be seen without an appointment. The technicians work magic– there were some ladies getting a lot of bling on their nails; so I’m sure theirs cost more but for a basic gel, French manicure and pedicure for $ 45 total(not including tip). You can’t go wrong!

When I got there, it looked busy. I asked if there was a wait, was told no, and then waited for 5 – 10 minutes. I got the gel polish with a french manicure. I’ve gotten this before and it’s usually an upcharge of $ 5 for the french and $ 8 – 10 for the gel; here, it was also $ 5 for the french but $ 20 for the gel. I knew it was too much for a regular strip mall nail salon, but I was eager to get my nails done and hoped for better quality. It was not higher quality; it looked good at a distance for about a week. This stuff is supposed to last something like 3 – 6 weeks. It had bubbles immediately and started peeling and chipping within days. I felt completely ripped off. For a few dollars more or maybe even the same price, I could have gotten a complete solar set. She also used her cell phone during the manicure. I admit I didn’t complain or ask for anything corrected, but I had limited time and patience for bad service.
