Goosehead Insurance

I was a little skeptical switching from a big name brand insurance to this company but I have to say that I been very happy so far. I made the switch when purchasing my home. Bundling car and home saved me a lot of money. In the past 3 years I did have one claim when my wife hit a deer and this insurance company was quick to get the car fixed and back on the road. Customer service for me has always been very good. If they were not able to help or answer my question when I called they always called back within 24 hours with resolutions.

Horrible service once they get your business, ofcourse they are nice at first. Once they get your business they do not respond to emails and when you express your frustration about their lack of customer service they make up excuses, and catch an attitude.
Drew Rogas and Doug Haefner are the absolute worse. They screwed up the information on the policy when I signed up, and would not be bothered to answer emails as I was not able to deal with the actual insurance company. Please do not use these 2 clowns, or this agency.

Different name, but out rates the other well known insurance carriers out there. Their staff goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer by finding the best rates, and explaining all fees. I would highly recommend Goosehead Insurance. They put the others to shame, and I’m saving money.

A++ experience! They saved me $ 300 a year on my Homeowners Insurance and about $ 240 a year on my car insurance. The agent I talked to is David Bailey and I have had to contact him several times. Every time, he has been VERY helpful and has responded promptly. If you want to save money on your insurance, I HIGHLY recommend you contact Goosehead.

Would not recommend. I paid to «join» their insurance group. A hundred, maybe two hundred. I know, never a good idea but they offered me a great rate on my home owners insurance through QBE. The joining fee plus my rate was the same price I was paying for my Travelers insurance but I thought next year I won’t pay «that fee». The first year was cheap but then they raised my rates almost 40% in 2 years. Really? I didn’t get a 40% raise. I cancelled. Went back to Travelers, they had raised my rate $ 10 from the two years prior. Waste of time dealing with them.
Update with fun facts:
2013 rate: $ 871
2014 rate: $ 1101 (+$ 230 increase, +26.4% to prior year
2015 rate: $ 1211 (+$ 110 increase, +10% to prior year)
2013 to 2015 an overall +39% increase!!!
And I did not call in ANY claims while I used this company.
