Horrible way over priced. Dry cleaned shirts that normally were laundered without asking and charged over 5 dollars each because they claim they are hand pressed. Even if they are I’m not spending over $ 30 for 5 shirts. Ridiculous

If you’re needing same day service or friendly staff, avoid this place. I have been going to this location in the strip mall with Seven Salsas since I started working in the area in 2008. Over the years they have changed employees working there but most of them were pleasant and they always took good care of me. The most recent employee (before the current one) was always so friendly and welcoming. Then a newer girl started there and after 2 very bad experiences, they’ve lost this customer. I’m not sure if management changed or not but the place has always advertised that if you had your clothes in there before 9am, you could pick them up the same day. I usually drop my clothes off there before heading to the office. I live in Uptown but it’s more convenient to drop/​off pick up near work. The first bad experience was when I left early and unfortunately ran into traffic. I arrived at 8:59am and she tried to tell me that they couldn’t take in my dry cleaning. I had to fly out for a meeting the next day and needed the clothes back. After some pleading, she agreed to take in my clothes. Today was the final straw. I purposely left a half hour early and arrived at the place at 8:30am because I had another flight to catch tomorrow. As soon as I walked in, she told me that she couldn’t have it ready by today because «they called me and told me no more same day service today.» I’m not sure who «they» are but it has to do with the fact that this place doesn’t do their services onsite. I have NEVER had that happen to me in 7 years that I’ve been coming there. I told the employee that I would not be returning and drove down the street to their competitor.

All my shirts have been shrinking and finally i cannot anymore button the wrist sleeves. On top, they attracted me by a coupon which was supposed to give continuos discount which is cancelled in a month.

Customer service was fine but pricing was high. Their price for dry cleaning is straight across the board so a tie costs the same as a pair of pants to dry clean and each item is about $ 5.00. I did not feel like I was getting a good value for my money that is all. If the pricing changed I would give this place 3 or 4 stars.

I have just switched from my old cleaners to this one, less than a mile away. The service was blah at the ‘old’ place.
I picked up some clothes for my cousin awhile back, and the lady at the front was so nice! It’s amazing what a simple smile can do, especially in an industry that is a dime a dozen (I can think of 4 cleaners that are less than 2 miles from my house).
I dopped some clothes off the other day, and setting up my account was a breeze, and the lady (different than my previous encounter) let me know about a new member’s discount — score!
I’ll be coming here from now on.
