If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. The women, Henry’s wife who answers the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional and out of line. I’m surprised he still has a running company.

After two days of delays to get someone to clean out my clogged sewer line– Henry calls and tells me they/​he can’t make it because of all the emergencies, and I’ll have to wait two-​three more days. Is this not an emergency?!! Two days. I’ve been using him for over a decade and the quality of the workers and work has steadily declined. This is the last straw, Henry. I’m done.
