Despite having orally and in writing expressed that we no longer attend classes, this company auto renewed our contract. When I went in to express my dissatisfaction with the practice of continuing to charge people for services under the guise of some auto renewal clause even after they have repeatedly attempted to cancel services, the wife of the owner spoke disrespectfully about me in front of my face to her owner husband. When confronted directly, the husband, who raised his voice with me, threatened to call the police after I told him he had horrible business practices. These people have a lack of respect for their customers, projecting their own trashy behavior on them. I was hoping to update this review with positive information, but unfortunately, despite having paid nearly $ 1000 for services I didn’t receive after I repeatedly tried to cancel services, I was engaged in an argument and then threatened with the police when I was in the process of trying to cancel my contract. There are so many better options and more honest business owners out there. These people cannot control their own temperaments, so it seems ill-​advised to pay them to teach your children self-​discipline. Please do not waste your time and money here.

My five-​year old daughter has been attending here for three weeks, and I have been impressed. The teacher does not coddle our daughter, and I say that as a compliment! (I’ll spare you the soap box.) The girls who have been coming for a while are good, so I have an idea of what she can achieve at this place if we stick with it. This place is not aesthetically pleasing, but the gym is huge and they have a lot of equipment. The price is right as well.
