The food is actually very good here. The unfortunate thing is that they don’t always provide you with food. They may tell you that they never received your order when you’ve gone to pick it up half an hour after you’ve placed the order. That happened once. A second time they told me 1 hour after the order was placed through eat24 that they weren’t able to deliver it because they have no driver. That happened a day that I didn’t have a car and was starving. Eat24 is a great app and as a frequent traveler its worked for me just about everywhere I’ve gone. This is the only restaurant that seems to have a problem with not being able to keep up with the demand of a food service application. But it’s sitting in a tech town chock full of indians, and people who love Indian food. Bad news.

This is not a place for healthy food. I ordered palak paneer today and was being told that they don’t have that(why keep in menu then??) then i asked if they had parantha(guess what. It was absent again) Coming on to the food: I ordered malai kofta which was hell lot oily. I asked them not to put too much curry inside but to my surprise it was loads of curry with 3 – 4 pieces of malai kofta Secondly i ordered pastries which later on i found were very old and too much sugar in them I won’t recommend this place to anyone!

Before placing the order I specially called them to check if they use frozen paneer and I got the answer as they don’t but when I got my order I was surprised… It was all frozen paneer. Taste was pathetic. I couldn’t eat it at all. It spoiled my all dinner… I ordered paneer chilli n kadhai paneer. Had horrible experience. Would never opt this restaurant again.

Not many places offers south Indian weekend brunch. Not sure if they have this everyday. But really nice and warm south Indian food. I have been there couple of times and both the times i enjoyed the food. I dont like the way they serve water here though. Service is good… ambiance is average… I would say if you are craving for home style south Indian food, try their brunch.

hands down the best south indian buffet i have had. I love the veg options they have. idli, dosa, vada, pongal, rasam, rice and best of all the beans palyam i had. Non veg also was good. Biriyani and natu kodi curry along with egg curry were good. It had tandoori chicken too. deserts were nice although I tried only payasam. No complains at all. They even serve you well with no attitude. Coming back here again.

We went for tea this weekend and we loved the food and the tea was awesome. The only reason I am providing 4 stars is actually because of environment and not food. The restaurant needs to be aired a little as it can put people off as we enter. However, we still decided to give it ago and we have no regrets. We ate the chicken puff, egg puff, the two different types of vada and stuffed mirchi. It was really good. I would definitely go again but I hope they are reading this review just to do something of the atmosphere as this is a really nice place.

Didn’t get to eat the food so this review is all about the service. Walked in and we were completely ignored by the two servers at the counter. Sat ourselves down after 5 min and motioned over to one of them for service. He simply nodded his head and went about his business. After 25min finally left.

Very nice food. Went to have lunch buffet, they no longer have lunch buffet. Instead they have Veg/Non Veg Thali. We decided to have Thali, its wonderful. Very tasty curries with sambar and rasam. It came with a bowl of rice and a chapathi. Yogurt, sweet and papas included. It was one of the best lunch we ever had in the restaurants. Very reasonable price($ 7.99). I highly recommend it.

A nice option for tea, snacks and weekend south-Indian breakfast buffet. The staffs are nice and helpful. The place has a casual feel to it and makes it ideal to catch up with friends and family over cup of tea and snacks versus going there for the main meal. The weekend breakfast had nice idli and wada but the rest items were just ok, nothing worth going back for.

This is an OK restaurent. Atleast alot better than the Indian restaurent which is on the other side of the road. I like their snacks during evening time and their Breakfast buffet is the best. The only thing i don’t like about this restaurantis that many(customers) would directly barge into the kitchen, That’s not a good sign. I have been standing there to pickup my carryout order, I have observed that every other customer would go into the kitchen to checkout whats happening. I think kitchen entry should be restricted to ONLYSTAFF.

Warning: White person reviewing Indian Restaurant… That being said, I’m married to an Indian guy, so I know good Indian food — and I was pleasantly surprised, being near Jalsa Place on business, to find this place SO good. I went for lunch, there was the typical buffet — but the food was GREAT, the naan was fresh, both the veg and meat dishes were excellent, and I plan to eat there multiple times before I leave. If you’d prefer Boston Chicken and Pizza Hit — this review is NOT aimed at you, but if you’d prefer home-cooked, authentic Indian food, complete with Indian music videos playing around you, this is the place for you. I cant comment on the price, as I dont know what the rates in the area are, but my lunch was about $ 9. Thank you to Jalsa Place for being an option to generic fast food!

Went to this place with coworkers at lunch. The best authentic Indian food you can get in DFW area. Service is pretty good. I especially like the Hyderabad Dum Biryani available here. Definitely a go again place and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Indian food.

I become a regular customer due to its south indian dishes. But i won’t recommend this restaurant on Friday, Saturday and Sunday due to giving the restaurant space for party purpose. It will be too noisy and customer service is also too bad on those days.
