0 stars is not an option unfortunately. The «owner» Lisa needs her child care license revoked. I advised her and another staff member I was bringing my son as a drop in and that he was being treated for ADHD and side affect of his medicine was he would not sleep at naptime. After 3 days, my son was asked NOT to return for crying and not listening during naptime, as if he’s the first kid in history to do so! My issue lies with Lisa also reprimanded him with a ruler in an attempt to get him to stop crying. If they felt he was that terrible a phone call should have been made to have me come get him! I called her this morning to express my concerns and advise her I would be taking precautionary measures to have her facility reviewed by the board and she spoke over me the ENTIRE time, told me when I should medicate my kid, how this and how that. Terrible experience start to finish!
