I drove by here many times and decided to stop. I don’t know why I change sometimes what was always working. Wow, there was some poor customer service. Lazy and attitude. Someone here should learn that how you treat people means a lot. Food was ok. The menu includes other asian countries’ entrees, that part was confusing at first to see the names of these other entrees listed with the names they gave them. I will pass on the future.

This is my 1st Unilocal review ever but I had to let people know how disgusting this food is. I will never, ever go back there again. Dumplings: nasty. Cashew Chicken: nasty. Kung Pow Chicken: nasty. Rice: nasty. That is all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, however unfortunately they make you choose something so, one star it shall be. They are rude, they do not own up to their mistakes, and they will not assist you of they mess up!!! This is the 2nd time they have forgotten my order!!! Mind you, they have a 15 dollar requirement and they still claim that we did not order the additional meal. So, their 15 dollar delivery requirement is apparently a lie and they allow you to order 13.10 so hopefully if you are ever told there is a delivery amount required… you can reference this review!!! I’m done! These are extremely rude and unprofessional !!! There’s a woman that works there that is exceptionally rude and hung up on me several times… Great customer service!!! NOT!!!

Ordered chicken in garlic sauce and got broccoli in garlic sauce. Asked for real spicy mustard and told only had the mustard in packets. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 miles to Pei Wei.

Nice and clean Chinese restaurant. We order chicken pineapple fried rice and curry rice both tasted good no complains. This is more like Chinese restaurant with American influence. For me authentic Chinese food is too spice and different that I prefer this kind of restaurants. Thank you for good dinner

Went there twice recently with a friend. We both liked the food and their prices are reasonable.

Thai curry fried rice is just wow here! The spices used are delicious. And the main usp of this restaurant is that they deliver in very large quantities. I mean you can easily have it in two meals! Totally satisfied! Do check out their combo offers, you’ll save some bugs.

Horrible Chinese food and they try to charge extra for everything. I tried it for a second time because I figured maybe I just ordered something bad. But no all of theyre food is subpar. I won’t every be patronizing again

This has to be the least authentic Chinese restaurant I have been to. The food outright sucks and is probably the worst Chinese in DFW. Unfortunately, I work around the corner and I am occasionally bought a lunch from here. I probably should turn it down but being the adventurous foodie spirit I am, especially with Asian cuisine, I tend to systematically make my way through the menu of places I dislike in instances like these to see if I can find something redeeming about the place. This is not one of those places I am afraid. Let’s take a look at why shall we? First off, the Sweet and Sour chicken was terrible and heaven knows that’s hard to do. The Orange chicken is your typical brown sauce that actually closer resembles a General Tso. The Pad Thai is almost passable, but still falls short and is loaded with salt(well actually probably MSG because I tend to react badly to too much of either but MSG most). Let me tell you about the lemon chicken, my final straw. Look, Lemon chicken should have a light breading and be glazed over with a lemon sauce similar to that of orange chicken. However, this was plain sweet and sour style chicken which was squeezed over with excessively tart lemons and served with thin slices of the lemon on top of the plain breaded fried chicken pieces. AREYOUKIDDINGME? Note to the restaurant: Look guys, I really want to be into you but maybe it is time you learned to cook at least one thing authentic. I am not asking you to serve Dim Sum but at least get westernized Chinese cuisine right. Clean up your act, get some fresh veggies instead of carrots that are half green, throw in a little pineapple. Try not mixing Hispanic cuisine concepts in, I realize most of your staff is Hispanic but if we wanted to eat a Hispanic style cuisine then we would go to one of those restaurants. Otherwise, I really hope a decent place moves in that actually takes pride in their food. The Las Colinas area near Mac Arthur and 114 is virtually void of good Asian cuisine during business hours with a reasonable price, especially Chinese.

Looking for Chinese for lunch close to my office. Tried Lovers Egg Roll. Probably not going back. Sweet and sour pork WAY overcooked. Hot and sour soup is just ok.

I don’t think this place is worth another try. I love the name but so many better places to get Chinese around.

First of all, I applaud anyone trying to make a living especially if their english is atrocious. However, I’ve never had a conversation with someone taking orders over the phone as bad as this one. Couldn’t tell if the guy was chinese, Hispanic or Russian

I literally took two bites and left. Worst Chinese food I have tasted in Dallas. It was not just the food but also the service. First, we walk in and he just looks at me. I wait about 15 seconds before I ask if there is a menu. There are no menu boards but 4 pictures of their main entrees on the counter. Next it takes 22 minutes to come out! WEWERETHEONLYPEOPLEINTHERESTAURANT. I would be ok with it, if the food came out tasting delicious. The man comes out with my food that was for dine-in in a carry out foam case. He rudely puts it down says oops and points to the utensils. The food… The food was absolutely tasteless. I ordered pad Thai with tofu. I took two bites and I had enough. I walked out.

It was one of the worst Chinese food I have eaten in Dallas; not just taste-wise but the whole thing was reeking staleness. The tofu didn’t have any texture and taste; felt like it’s been left outside for the whole day. The carrots were not fresh either and the mushroom used felt like the leftover from the real cut pieces, something that needs to be discarded and doesn’t belong in the food. The only edible thing inside that box was rice.

Good storefront carryout place, but I would not recommend eating in. It’s a thoroughly uninviting place. However, the food’s good, so just get it to go.

I decided to give this place a try… I was craving Chinese food. The fried rice as other reviews indicated was just bland rice with soy sauce on it. The orange chicken was just OK. The gentleman was very nice that took my order. I did not feel I received a lot of quality for my money at this establishment. My quest for good Chinese food continues…

Not sure about this place yet… I want to say I won’t order from here again, but then they make it hard with a great item. First time we ordered delivery we were impressed with the fastness, the price and overall food. Egg rolls are typically my make or break decision and they were probably some of the best I’ve ever had! NOT impressed with their«fried rice». I mean it was white rice with soy sauce… I’m very white and could have made better fried rice, so it made me laugh. That would have been my only complaint for our first time. Now last night we ordered again… Kung Pao chicken and shrimp! Delish!!! Decided to order both our entrees with lo mien instead of rice… We received plain steamed noodles… It kind of worked with my dish since I had sauce… However my husband had sweet and sour chicken(which we had to call and get them to bring us the sauce bc there was none!) so that didn’t work. When I had called and asked about the sauce, I asked about the noodles and was told I needed to be specific bc I received the noodles at no extra charge. Well sir… YOU should have been specific! I’ve never order lo mien and received boiled noodles with nothing on them. Haha thought about keeping them for spaghetti tonight! Anyways, they may get another chance but I’m thinking of trying some place new to compare.

Clean little chinese restaurant. Staff was nice and service was prompt. Food was ok. I would eat here again but it is far from my favorite. Give it a try if you are looking for a quick place to eat.

If I could have picked 0 stars I would have. The man that answered was rude, put me on hold for far to long and when I asked for a simple request such as orange chicken sauce on the side he said I would have to purchase the orange chicken to receive the sauce. I order from other Chinese restaurants and they never hesitate to grant this request. This place has no idea how to put the customer first. Unfortunately I was so put off by the lack of customer service I do not know if they have quality food. And I will never try their food due to that as well, I refuse to go to an establishment that does not respect their customers request, and it was a simple one at that! Just know if you call for takeout you may encounter an unpleasant experience from the rude man on the other end of the phone.
