I was a mess before going in to see Kalpesh Patel. From mild migraines, to chronic lower back pain, cold/​allergies, and some menstrual concerns to say the least… Sorry, I had to put that out there… Never the less, he addressed all of my symptoms in one visit… I mean IMMEDIATELY! My lower back pains are always reoccurring, and even with visiting chiropractors and reflexology parlors, it only is a temporary fix on the surface. The issues I’ve been struggling stems from within — kidneys/​liver. I’m very impressed with how my backs pain level reduced instantly. He also used some other methods that I’m familiar with, as I experienced growing up in an Asian family, we practiced cupping and coining methods… I’m eager to go back in a couple days for a follow up on some herbal supplements that will help me with my anxiety and to gain more focus. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Kalpesh, as this was my first experience to acupuncture and plan on coming back sooner than later… Very reasonably priced for office visits, and depending on your insurance provider, majority of it may be covered.

I was nervous with putting needles in but was so relaxing and crazy how effective they are. It helps when he prescribed me Herbals in between treatments. He has so many techniques that will help with stress and sickness. He takes the time to teach you about your overall health and how to improve it.

OPA is a nice relaxing clean place to get acupuncture done. This was my first experience getting acupuncture & was extremely pleased with the results. I had tennis elbow that just was not getting better after several months of pain. Then I luckily found Dr. Patel & he was awesome! Fixing not only my elbow but addressing other concerns as well. He’s so knowledgeable & takes the time to explain things in ways you can completely understand. If you are scared or have any doubt, Dr. Patel will put you instantly at ease & get you back to optimal health in no time at all!

Let me start out by saying this was my first acupuncture visit. I have been having some chronic tendinitis type issues with my shoulders and have seen various Dr’s, but outside of surgery or cortisone injections, there isn’t anything to be done but RICE. I went to see Kalpesh after a friend recommended I give it a try. Kalpesh took his time getting to know me, my mental and physical state, and maybe most important, my comfort level with acupuncture. I’m not claiming to be 100% healed, but I definitely felt relief after the first visit and am planning more to continue the healing process!

If your looking for an amazing smart and kind acupuncturist look no further! He is very informative and speaks to you in layman’s terms. I’ve learned alot about how the body works and it was my first visit. when he consults with you he asks a lot questions to fully understand what is going on. After he asked me to do a couple of things (raising my tongue, etc) he told me things that he noticed about me that were very true that there’s no way he could have known. He’s simply amazing! I feel completely relaxed and better than I have felt in a long time. We didn’t do very many «points» today but it made my pain go from a high 10 to a mild 5. He has an amazing back ground and is very informative. I personally think it’s better than an hour massage. They way he relaxed my mind my body just kind of followed. You will not regret going to see him. If you have any questions just ask he will explain. And he uses amazing metaphors! You definitely want to give him a try!

This was my first experience with Acupuncture. I went to see Kalpesh originally after throwing my back out moving. I was experiencing horrible lower back pain. It hurt to walk, and I could barely bend over. I had hurt my back before, but this was worse. The last time I experienced lower back pain I sought treatment at a Chiropractor. It helped, but it took several weeks before I felt decent relief and could go workout again. A friend talked me into trying Acupuncture. After 2 treatments with Kalpesh, I was back to normal. I have continue to go for stress relief and really enjoy my sessions. One thing is for sure… if I experience pain again, he will be my first stop!

I started acupuncture with Kalpesh about five months ago, I needed treatment for my asthma the most, along with a couple other issues and honestly I wasn’t sure if acupuncture was the answer. About five months later I can say that it has helped significantly! My asthma has never been better! I can also sleep better, and my regular back pain is gone!!! Kalpesh is extremely knowledgable and will take the time to fully understand what’s going on with you. I highly recommend! That is If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about the betterment of his patients! :)

I went to see Kalpesh for an issue that I’ve visited many doctors for. I’ve seen him over ten times, and I usually leave his clinic wishing I could have acupuncture done by him every day. Since I’ve started seeing him, I feel much calmer. To top it off, he was flexible with my work schedule and a pleasure to talk to, so much so that my hour-​long visits fly by. I think of his acupuncture as an internal massage, and I enjoy it much more than any massage I’ve had.
I definitely recommend him to anyone, even to those who are looking to find a little relaxation!

I went to Kalpesh for anxiety and depression. I was very nervous, but thankfully he was very easy to talk to and quickly put me at ease. The acupuncture was painless and I left feeling relieved and happy. The next morning I felt amazing and woke up with energy for the first time in quite a while. Kalpesh really took his time working with me. He listened to everything I said and more. You can tell he has a true passion for what he does and he is very knowledgeable about the body. I learned a lot just from my first session. I will definitely be going back again to help with my shoulder pain.
