Pizza Hut

I’ve ordered from here twice. The first time I got two pizzas. One was totally wrong. Wrong pizza type and toppings. Ok so try again. Order a second time and they forgot the breadsticks and the cookie. Both times it took another hour to get the order corrected and delivered. Pretty awesome when you have guests. This place is a joke. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Second time I’ve ordered from here and have been disappointed both times. First time, pizza was cold and took 2 hours even though I’m right down the street. Second time, they just threw spinach on it without even cooking it and the pizza was cold. Probably won’t order from here again.

Terrible! The pizza I got didn’t even have enough cheese on it. Learn to make pizza or don’t make it at all!

Have eaten at this location twice. First time prompted me to return for a second visit despite the priciness of a pizza, salad and drink ($ 13). Was a bit disappointed this particular time as the pizza, although good, was not hot, just warm at best. As mentioned, for $ 13 dollars, I’d expect a bit more for the money spent.

I learned my lesson and next time will stick with Papa John’s or Dominos. I waited an hour for my order on a Friday night. I ordered the $ 10 box with a medium pizza, breadsticks, and cinna sticks. When it arrived, it was cold and overcooked (which is sort of ironic to overcook something yet it’s still cold). I don’t mind lukewarm but cold like it had been cooked and sitting. I almost couldn’t tell the difference between the breadsticks and cinna sticks because the breadsticks were so dark and tasted burned. Needless to say, my Friday night dinner was a waste of time and money.

I really like ordering from this location because if they do mess up my order I they fix it immediately. I have had to mess up my order maybe 3 times since I’ve been here for the past 7 months. Unlike other locations everything seems fresh. I will order from them in the future.

I work at a pretty recognizable place on MacArthur but yet they somehow claim they can’t find me or will not deliver to me.
Come on dude, you are seriously 3 blocks down from me. If I had the time to get a break from my job I’d come to you. But wait a minute… that’s YOUR job to bring me pizza.
I ordered a pizza for deliver on the phone around 1pm and paid with a card, said it would be about an hour. That’s fine, I understand you’re busy.
3:30 rolls around and I’m hungry. When I’m hungry I’m pretty much psychotic. So I call them to see what’s going on– turns out they’ve cancelled my order because they couldn’t find me. WHY DIDN’T YOU CALL ME if you couldn’t find me!!! Have I mentioned I work 3 blocks from them in a recognizable place!!!
So they say they’ve figured out the issue and will redo my order but it will take another hour. Seriously, why would you starve a psychotic woman.
5:00 rolls around and they finally make it to me and they tell me I have to pay cash because they cancelled my credit card order. I HAVE NO CASH. I haven’t carried cash since 2003. They say its my only option. I’m starving.
Finally I call and talk to the manager and he eventually agrees to give me this pizza that took four hours to get to me but they driver gets pissed and just leaves it on the counter and storms off.

Slowest pizza delivery ever! Over an hour for each delivery. I’m done ordering from them. This previous delivery I ordered at 7:41pm on a Tuesday evening and didn’t receive it until 9:25pm. I called twice and the first call at 8:35pm I was told it was ready but they were waiting on the driver. The second call at 9:10pm I was told the driver just left. Really awful service.

The person at the register took forever to get the pizza out and when we got it home a mile away, the pizza was so dry. We got a large pan pizza, the crust was definitely frozen, it hardly had any pizza sauce and tasted sour and we could not eat beyond a slice each. We also got the potato tater tots which were good.
I am never going here again and will not recommend it.

I’ve ordered here several times. The first few times was pretty good. I know they’re a chain so I don’t expect gormet and I love their stuffed crust. Keep in mind, my review is for this location only. It’s hard to review franchises because every location is so different.
The second to last time, I put jalapeños on my pizza, and they overloaded it with jalepenos. That’s OK. Maybe the cook was in a rush… The last time, I made sure to put light jalapeño. They overloaded me with jalapeños. As if they totally ignored my request. It wasn’t too big of a deal, I would just take them off. But as I was taking a slice of pizza out, I realized the pizza was extremely soggy. So soggy that my slice of pizza tore in half like a sheet of wet paper while I was trying to take it out. I realized they might’ve used old dough on us (my first job was at a pizza place). It didnt taste good at all. I was so disappointed this last time. It’s ruined pizza for me for a while.

Pizza Hut gets a bad rap, but I have never had a problem with them. It’s def not gourmet, but it is good pizza.
I am a creature of habit, so I always order the veggie lover with extra pizza sauce and extra cheese. What I like about Pizza Hut is that they aren’t chincy on the toppings. Loaded with fresh veggies, which I appreciate. And fattening, butter-​laden pan pizza crust! Don’t all of the veggies equal out the calories?!

I love this place. I regular this place and once they messed up my order and they were courteous to make correct one and give the other one free along with it.

I really liked this! I ordered online and when I arrived was greeted by the manager and order was fresh and hot and ready on time!!! I will order here again!!!

A few times I ordered from this Pizza Hut location, their pizzas come out hot & fresh. In general, Pizza Hut hasn’t disappointed me yet.

Not the best pizza in town but they are edible

$ 10 for large carryouts is a pretty good deal. I all ways get the meatizza. We order it more than we should, and haven’t had any problems, except one time they were out of the little packages peppers and chesse. no biggie.

Call in order for pick-​up: the phone operator was not knowledgeable about deals, and we ended up over-​paying. Order was not ready when we arrived at the time they promised, though it was ready five minutes later. Pizza was hot and order was correct, though.

This Pizza Hut sucks! They barely put any cheese on the pizza, and I asked for extra pepporoni and mushroom and did not get it. The I called and spoke to the manager Heather, she tried to explain that for the thin crust pizza the reason for the cheese to not be on the pizza. Pizza is Pizza there should be cheese all over it and not just in spots. The pizza had spots where there were no cheese. I hope Pizza Hut is not changing their policy w/​pizza and how much should cover a pizza. They absolutely will not get my business ever again.
