This place is always super busy during the lunch rush, but the line moves very fast. Be aware that parking is always a hassle, and you’ll be near-missing cars that turn in any random corner. I suggest meditating before spending your lunch hour here. You don’t want to catch yourself in «parking» rage. Too many cars in the way! I always order their Farmhouse Salad. It contains just about everything I love in a salad — chicken, egg, bacon, cheese, red onions, and cucumbers. I always go for extra egg and tomato. I normally don’t like bleu cheese at all, but I think Potbelly helped me associate this bitter cheese to the rest of the lovely-tasting salad, which in turn, made me love bleu cheese. Goodness, don’t you love psychology? The employees here are very nice and energetic. The one downside about this place is how the food is executed. I ordered my salad, and someone a few customers back ordered the same thing, except his was standard and mine was with the extra egg and tomato(this cost extra). I stood by the registers for a long while and a man called out«Farmhouse Salad!» and the man behind me took it. After a few more minutes they called out another Farmhouse Salad, which was handed to me – This was the standard without my modification because it didn’t have extra egg or tomato. Oh well. Not a big deal, but I think if they had a naming system, it be better. A guy just got a salad with extra inclusions without having to pay for it. And this doesn’t pertain to Potbelly itself, but they do sell Zapp’s BBQ Ranch chips. I always order it with my salad. It’s unfortunate that convenience stores don’t even sell this particular flavor, but Potbelly, so far, is the only place I know that sells them… unless I contact Zapp’s myself and have them ship me a large supply of these! These chips are amazing! I have never ordered a sandwich here, which is strange, considering its name. I’m just too stubborn to avoid getting their lovely salad.

I really love good sandwiches, and one of my favorite things about Potbelly is they have hot peppers. This is a northern thing, and while I was born and raised in the south, this is something I’m very glad has been imported. Grabbing a skinny turkey sandwich and adding hot peppers means you get the most delicious sandwich! I love that all of their ingredients taste fresh, their portion sizes match what you pay, and they handle the lunch rush of Las Colinas with grace! My friends and I were able to get in and out in a very reasonable amount of time which means we’ll be back for sure!

Fast and very tasty sandwiches. The wreck is my personal favorite. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly– but not overbearing. A lovely place for a quick and enjoyable lunch!

Every time I come here its amazing!!! I ordered online this time it was still very hot and fresh when I got there! The online system is so easy to use and u can even have them label the sandwiches so u don’t have to open the sandwich to see whose it is!!!

Very friendly & efficient staff. Food was fresh, quick and very tasty. Colder than normal in Dallas for early November so Chili sounded really good and I’m glad I went to Potbelly Sandwich Shop for lunch. It does have beans but not too many.(Does real Texas chili have beans?) It was a little sweet. I also had a hot toasted ‘pizza’ sandwich which was a nice balance between the bread and volume of filling. I don’t drink sodas much so I usually drink water. The one suggestion I would have is to provide a decent sized glass for water. A small 6 or 8 oz flimsy glass is disappointing. I’m sure they do it for those who order water but then fill up their glass with soda or other drink because they don’t want to pay for the drink. I passed up the fresh baked cookies which was hard because I know how awesome they are! If you want to treat clients or employees to a special treat? Do this: We called over and got 2 dozen hot, fresh out of the oven, cookies and a gallon of milk for our team at MultiView! Talk about a huge hit!

I normally order my food online and go pick it up during lunch time so I never have had an issue. Their food is so freaking good and I especially love their bread, it’s so soft and chewy to me. I love getting their peppers too. I don’t think this was the best option though for vegetarians. They don’t put in a lot of veggies in that sandwich, so I remember being very unsatisfied. The staff is super friendly too, and we had to wait a while for them to get our sandwiches, so one of the workers gave me a free cookie!

My rating is based on the delivery option. Every time we order a delivery for the office, they call us back and tell us that it will actually be 45 minutes later than our delivery time. What a pain in the butt. If i wanted to go pick something up, I would go somewhere else. We chose Potbelly because they delivered!!!

I love this place! Staff is always polite, they are always busy at lunch but they seem to have a good flow during dinner. I get the original wreck on wheat with cheddar cheese. Mustard and all veggies with hot peppers. hot Peppers are a must!

I asked for a vegetarian sandwich with all veggies. After returning back to office, to my surprise I discovered that the sandwich had meat in it!!! I am a pure vegetarian and this was huge! I went back and reported it. Manager said that person preparing it assumed chiken salad! Though he prepared a new one and took charges off, I do not think that people there understood what a huge thing it meant to me. Their attitude was very casual and they laughed about about it among themselves. 30 mins wasted in driving there twice. Worst experience ever at any potbelly location! Not coming back. Note: Used to like the place before this incident as their bread and pickles are good. But if they cannot get my order right, won’t be coming back now.

i love their skinny t-k-y …simply delish!!! i always conveniently go when they have potato soup(because it’s 1 of my faves) lol if you’re going to this location… go early… otherwise you have to park over by chipotle side and it’s like tug-a-war trying to get a parking spot!

So I will start off by just saying that I have been to many of the Potbelly locations as I am a huge fan of their sandwiches… This location I have to say is one of my favorites for the following reasons: 1. It is always busy during the lunch hours but this has never compromised their food or service quality. I always get the Wreck which they figured out only after my 3rd visit in which I felt like a VIP when I was greeted with a smile asking if I would like my usual. 2. As I said, I always get the Wreck with everything minus tomatoes and peppers(one of these days I will try it with peppers). It has never disappointed and at this location even if it is slammed, I know it will be delish. 3. If the weather permits, I love people and car watching on the patio as the parking lot usually provides some sort of entertainment as people be going cray cray over parking spots! Plus the outdoor speakers provide the music coming from the great acoustic sounds from the gentleman playing inside. So because of these things(great service, great product, great atmosphere) I give the 5 stars.

Potbelly’s is hands down my favorite chain sandwich shop. I always go for the Italian sub, topped with everything — don’t skip the hot peppers! Step up to the counter, and tell them which sandwich you want. They will toast the bread and cheese, and then ask you for your list of toppings. There is usually a handy list on the wall behind the counter, so you can rattle off the toppings as you read. Feeling hungry or especially gluttonous? Get a shake! Ugh, the cookies and cream is to die for. And grab a bag of the crunchy potato chips. Between Potbellys and Jimmy Johns, I’m not sure whose potato chips I like more. Find a seat(or go to your final destination, quickly!), and enjoy your nice toasty sandwich. L-O-V-E.

OK, they know how to heat up a sandwich. The Skinny TKY with extra hot peppers and spicy black bean soup is a very flaming combination. Great customer service and the quality of food never changes. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy the March Dallas weather. The only thing missing at lunch today was the guy singing in the corner. Make sure you give them a try.

I don’t know… I see all these great reviews, but I am very hesitant to order sandwiches covered in ranch and mayo and oil and heart attack. I figure a sandwich should just be good with regular olé ingredients. Hell, anything tastes good with ranch on it, right? I got the special of the day — chicken cheddar with the veggies and what not. It was ok. Just a sandwich. Nothing special. I remember the bread kinda hurt my tooth. This experience made me sad. I want to try it again, but not if it requires covering my food is cholesterol.
