Truly disturbing how awful the customer service is here. I have never been spoken to the way their employee spoke to me. I have it on video but I’m not sure Unilocal allows videos. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE.

The staff are extremely helpful. They spent hours helping me to wrap up my TV. It was great customer service there. The facility is nice and clean as well.

I am a student at the University of Dallas and I have been using this Public Storage every summer.
Jessica is outstanding and really makes it a point to make sure you have a great experience. The units are simple to rent and payments are easily made online each month. You even get an email or a phone call reminding you to make your payment, helping to avoid those late fees.
The facility itself is temperature controlled (air conditioned), well-​secured, and easy to navigate, although I do wish you were able to enter the storage yard from Carl Rd…
I recommend this storage facility to my classmates every year.
