Through no fault of her own, Shannon, The Rock Island shop keeper was scheduled for a staff meeting although we had confirmed our early arrival time. I called corporate office because the opening of the store and access to the storage unit was put off by approximately 2 hours. In other words 2 hours of wasted time. Unfortunately Shannon took the brunt of the chew out for the basic reason that she was there. I do regret stressing her out for her bosses error and inability to read the schedule. The service over the next couple of months went very well and Shannon came through like a trooper even with some hurt feelings that lingered. Because of the customer service, by Shannon, I would recommend a person to work with Shannon as she maintained her professionalism through the whole time I rented. However make sure that your schedule allows sufficient time in case Her idgett boss screws up again.

I go into this property every month to make payments on my Parents storage unit. Shannon is always helpful and professional.
