«Store manager» is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. No need to go into details. All I need to say is he doesn’t follow his word. Horrible communication skills.

The star is for the lines. For some ungodly reason they only had two cash registers open at 6pm on a weekday before Christmas, so the checkout lines were unbearably long. I finally did make my purchase, but the lady forgot to take the anti-​theft tag off so now I get the pleasure of going back (omg fml). I was trying to go to the Dillard’s but it appears to be totally closed — all the lights were off.
They do have some stellar deals in here, but the women’s section isn’t very big so good luck finding your size. Most things were half price though.
