When I first walked into the hotel the smell of smoke smacked me in the face and continued as I went down the hall. The only reason I didn’t leave was I had used reward points and couldn’t transfer them to another hotel. The floors are run down and stained. The walls are in terrible need of a fresh coat of paint. Thankfully, the room did not smell of smoke but it was nothing special. You’re basic run of the mill room similar to what you would expect of a Motel 6 not a Choice Hotel line. The only positive was the staff. They were friendly. I’ve stayed in Sleep Inns before and I can honestly say this is the WORST one I’ve ever stayed in. It was the first and LAST time. I suggest you run not walk to the Comfort Suites the next street over. My family and I moved to it after our 3 days were up at Sleep Inn.
