This store has always been so wonderful when purchasing new phones, fixing phones, and replacing phones.
Last week, I noticed my charger wasn’t working anymore. My car charger worked but not my wall charger. I called the store and let them know that I was using all the correct chargers and that I might need a new wall charger. The associate, Carlos, set a new charger aside for me and it was waiting for me with my name on it when I arrived an hour befor closing time. No questions asked, they replaced my charger for free and they did it with a smile. Good customer service is hard to find and this place has always met and exceeded my expectations!
