This is a great location. We sent our Vice President there to pick up a large order and Daniel was very helpful explaining all about the app they have and how you can order ahead of time. He got our 6 drinks ready so fast and everything was accurate.

I’m visiting from California and we wanted a good cup of coffee near our hotel — Super 8 — GPS tool us to this location. Arrived waiting at cashier which felt like 10min waiting for one of the 10 staff members working on drive thru orders while our line started to fill up, the gentleman name Zack totally ignored us — did not greet us or say «give me one minute plz …» Just kept restocking to food items, only after I called the attention of blond bearded staff member did Zack finally take our order! Never have I entered a Starbucks store where this happen! Dallas, train you staff on customer service!

This store needs to close. Its primarily used as a meeting place for local business people too cheap to spring for office space. It’s loud and not a coffee shop experience at all.
I also agree with the other reviews; ambivalent, slow service.
Come on Starbucks, get your region manger to get it right here and in DFW area.

Came by here at 11:30 am on a Sunday and was greeted with exceptionally friendly partners and no line. My drink was a custom order and was made perfectly and very quickly. These guys are great, highly recommended!

Full disclosure, I visit Starbucks everyday and have been to many many stores. Until today I have never left without even offering a drink. Stood at the counter for five minutes and received no service. A total of five employees and I was the only person in line! Two employees were dealing with the drive through and the other three saw me and did not even acknowledge my presence. Sadly I am starting to see huge cracks in Starbucks service. Especially in DFW. It appears they have zero supervision
Do not try this location it has been a disappointment three times in a row.

This is my usual Starbucks location. I don’t mind the shitty attitudes. I don’t even mind waiting in the ridiculous long drive thru in the morning. But my patience is gone when time after time my $ 5.14 venti soy latte is only ½ full because the other half is foam. Granted, when I ask for no foam I get it but I shouldn’t have to ask for no foam to get a FULL CUP of coffee!
If there were a closer café, I’d probably start going there but Irving severely lacks excellent independent coffee shops.

Always great coffee at this location. It’s rare someone gets it right every time, but these folks always do! Perfect coffee! Drive thru is always packed during rush hour, but they get you in and out. This location gets it right!

Parking at this Starbucks is horrendous!!! it’s not that it’s hard to find parking, it’s just that you cant get out once you park. Drive thru is long too and the line blocks you in if you park. The amount of traffic this starbucks get is like double anywhere else in the area. Its best if you go during NONE peak hours so you can get out. Average time at this starbucks is also longer. The employees are always nice so it makes the experience better. Drinks and service are good!

This is a decent size Starbucks which feels nice inside and even has a outdoor seating and a drive-​thru.
It is easily accessible from 635 & Beltline but can be quite congested during the rush hours.
It feels like a nice place to sit down and get something done or read something while sipping some expensive java.
One side of the seating area is placed at the end of the L-​shaped seating area and remains hidden from the counter area thus rendering a nice seclusion for quite study.
The ladies inside make good coffee and are friendly.
I haven’t used the drive-​thru but I’ve always felt welcomed whenever I go inside.

I use to love coming in to this location now it just sucks! Know one likes to talk to you with any kind of personal touch. What happened to friendly folks behind the counter.
One time I said Michelle’s name and said what’s up as I hi and she just starred at me then looked away without saying hi.
I would come in and joke and laugh with some if the folks and its like someone told them not yo be friendly!
I will have to find a new Starbucks to spend my money!

I love Starbucks… been a faithful member for a LONG time. Not liking this one. Terrible coffee… tasted old and burned. Forgot my cookie at the drive through, and also forgot to heat it up (you gave me the option… I didn’t initially request), and wasn’t even busy… which was rare.

I like this Starbucks better than the one in Trinity Blvd in Forth Worth.
This location, has friendly, efficient, and helpful staff regardless on how busy it is. Plus their Caramel Machiotto always comes out perfect :)

I only go thru the drive thru. Staff is friendly and efficient. Always good. Love the chai tea latte. Much more space to sit and spread out. I need to try the food at Starbucks but it always looks so yummy. Cake pops are the best.

Very convenient location right off of the highway. The drive thru can be a pain on most mornings during the workweek… I recommend going on the weekends. I’m a-​ok with you If you can make me a hot Americano with my spinach feta egg wrap on the side.

I’d give this place 4 stars if the traffic wasn’t so horrible. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day it is there’s just a perfect storm of too small parking lots and two very popular businesses right next to each other. There’s barely room to move through a drive-​thru, and if you do park you have to wait for a good samaritan to think of someone else for 5 seconds and allow you to backout without attempting to rear-​end you.
That being said, the service inside was great, great barristas, great food, and since most people were doing drive-​thru there were seats available inside. It’s not a large location though so don’t automatically count on open seats!
