Staybridge Suites Dallas-Las Colinas Area

Kids loved the hotel. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was a basic buffet, and when they had dinner it was pretty good! Very clean hotel.

Came to the area for a family wedding. Good location, CVS and a Walgreens nearby with other stores and places to eat. Stayed 4 nights. Arrived early to a very pleasant staff, and they were able to accommodate us to an earlier check in. The rooms are clean and very roomy. We had a king suite which has a small kitchenette and sitting room with a sofa and chair, and desk and chair, and separate bedroom.. Got a good nights sleep, quiet no traffic noise, courtyard area was quiet and no slamming of doors in the hallways. Breakfast was free and very good, ranging from different types of eggs, fresh fruit, Texas shaped waffles, cold or hot cereal, toast, bagels, coffee and juices. Would definitely stay again.

Just stayed a week for work, this location now will have all of my business when I come to Dallas/​Irving.
In a queen suite… full kitchen (minus oven), full size fridge, sitting area… free FULL breakfast daily, Tue thru Thu evening «social»…read as dinner with beer/​wine…
PROS: can honestly say it was all good, can’t think of a single real problem that wasn’t quickly addressed and resolved.
CONS: Not a list of «cons» per se… more of a «would make it better»
— water pressure could be better, but plenty of hot water
That’s about it… I really have no complaints… don’t know what else to say besides «stay here»…

Awesome hotel. I travel often to Irving visiting family. We always stay here. Never had a bad stay. Breakfast is great. Hope this place stays the same forever

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I usually find some demerit at some point, but this hotel had none. Staying in a different hotel every week, I really have a lot to compare this to.
The clientele here appear to be mostly business travelers. The hotel is located in a business area of Dallas. Easy drive to other areas of town. Easy access to freeways. Very easy access to eating establishments, however I didn’t see any within close walking distance.
They serve a complimentary breakfast every morning and a complimentary dinner, with beer and wine, Tuesday through Friday. The food is actually pretty good and I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast isn’t the usual packaged stuff, as they offer additional fresh accoutrements, such as fresh sliced tomatoes and onions, shredded cheese, fresh fruit, etc. You have the choice of cereals, breakfast breads, or the hot breakfast which is usually egg (scrambled or omelet) with a breakfast meat (sausage or bacon). The dinners are pretty good, too. While here, we had wings, brats, and chicken flatbread pizza. Also, there is a little salad bar with dinner.
There is an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a business center. The internet at the business center is a bit slow. But the wifi in the room is great.
All the staff is very helpful and super friendly — everyone. We had a standard suite with a queen bed, small living room, bathroom/​dressing area, and kitchenette with full-​size fridge. There is a DVD player in the room. The towels smell clean and fresh and look great!
The only… only thing I could find wrong was the slow internet in the business center.

Stayed again and enjoyed the room again. The staff remains friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a bit low, but it was a handicap room and shower this time.
The free wifi is still a big bonus as is the snack shop that is open 24 hours a day.

Good location off the freeway, half-​decent «hotel» food for breakfast and dinner, basketball court and pool outside, a outdoor patio with grill… not bad, not bad at all.

The hotel is just another hotel. The staff are pleasant but their breakfast and happy hour dinner definitely need improvement. Less processed please.

As others have said, considering the class of hotel, it’s clean and spacious and the staff is friendly. However, I found the walls very thing — every time someone walked by or opened a door, it felt like they were coming into my room. There is also a full size fridge in the room — very nice for an extended stay on business… but you don’t realize how many strange hisses and gurgles and purrs a fridge makes until you sleep 5 feet from one.

I have stayed at Staybridge properties in the past and didn’t care for them. I stayed at this one and really liked it — thinking I might want to stay here more often, though looking through the web, this hotel clearly stands out in its own class. This was a really pleasant surprise. 85 $ a night for a modern, if smallish room. Full Cable (with a real remote, not the stoopid hotel remote) with HD channels on a 32″ LCD TV. Get this — the hotel has a movie theater. Nice pool area/​courtyard — comfortable atmosphere. I only stayed one night. I can’t fault the property. For the price, it’s a bargain, but I don’t think I would choose the Staybridge chain as my first choice in my travels (outside of this hotel)

After spending so many nights in so many bad hotels, its nice to be in one that feels like you can actually relax in. My suite at the Staybridge has its own bedroom, a nice big bathroom and felt very clean. I really love how big the kitchen is, that I can actually use it instead of it being a last minute add on as is in so many other hotels like this. Its nice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights they have snacks and free beer and you get to talk to the fellow guests, all road warriors like myself.
The only problem I have with this place is that the TV system is a bit old, its been a while since I have been in a hotel that is upscale and it didnt have flat screens, but other then that, no complaints.
