So Shea made it very obvious that he hates his job and every customer in line. He gave attitude to the lady in front of me because she wasn’t standing where he thought she should stand to place an order. He also rolled his eyes when he was sick of trying to comprehend her broken English. He was also snippy with one of the other associates when they needed to do a «cash drop» but didn’t know how. There are a ton of sandwich shops in Irving. Hell, even Cicis next door is cheaper. I’ll go anywhere but this location ever again. Shea, do yourself a favor and find a different job.

I have been going to this Subway since I was a little girl and have been getting the same sandwich for years. Most of the employees know me by name and even remember what bread and meat I get. They almost always take my business to a more personal level by asking how I‘m doing and if I will be buying cookies today. (Which is normally a yes.) :) I always try to come to this particular location even when another one may be closer because I like the workers and they really know how to make a sandwich!

I run to subway when Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mikes and Dino’s aren’t nearby however, I won’t return to this one. I’ve been here over 3 times hoping it was just a bad day. Boy was I wrong! The customer service is horrible even from management. They’re always goofing off and sharing inside jokes (about me I’m sure) while I’m in line. Come on, are we in high school?! All I want is my overpriced sandwich and for it to be made the way I ask. After all, that is why I walked in and didn’t drive thru. I said «light mayo, light oil and vinegar» more than once… only for the heavy handed chubby behind the counter to squeeze and squeeze and squeeze! Wtf?! Never again!

Honestly, I dont mind subway at all but it was mainly the service here that made this place get only one star. The two ladys working behind the counter just goofed off and actually made fun of the previous customers. They also ran out of italian bread… really? Other than running out of others items they also picked on some of the customers in line. I mean I assume the manger is not on duty becuase these two ladies did not have any leadeship skills what-​so-​ever.
