this store is a joke and is in serious need of a management overhaul. if it is privately owned, tmobile needs to come in and do some management/brand training. i have been to this location twice and i will NEVER return. poor customer service and a huge reputation risk for the tmobile brand. i walked out as did at least three others after not being served for almost an hour. it would have been ok if the staff handled the situation appropriately. what they did instead is made sure customers of certain ethnicity were serviced first… no matter where their name was on the so called ‘waiting list.’ i was skipped over on the list not once, but TWICE in favor of people who were the same ethnicity as the entire staff in the store. yes, this has been reported to tmobile. it was so ridiculously blatant! i will never step foot in that location again and if you’re reading this review, take the drive to the 635/macarthur location instead. much better staff who understand what it means to take care of their customers!

Gotta say, T-Mobile is probably one the best«in-store» experiences you can have. This location is great as far as service and pricing goes. However, it’s still a mobile phone company, so I can’t give them 5 stars ;) Our experience here was great, and they fixed our issues, so we’re content!
