The Highlands of Valley Ranch

We love the highlands of valley ranch! The management is wonderful! Linda, Naomi, and Tanisha are very kind, friendly, and professional people. We only submitted a few requests for repairs, but each request was taken cared of the same day or as late as the next day. The apartment has high ceilings so you don’t feel that you’re living in a small space. We never experienced a single bug problem, and the complex is always quite. Parking is always available, and you can take advantage of the tennis court and beautiful pool. The best part is, I really enjoy online shopping and the office has never lost a package! We moved here based solely on online reviews and photos, and did not even see the place in person until we moved in! However, lucky for us, no regrets. :) My one little complaint is that the kitchen does not have enough storage for me. I wish there was a pantry, instead of the little cabinets. Also I wish the balcony had a screen door so we could open the windows without worrying about bugs coming in.

the only thing what i like about this apartment complex is its location.
Management is sweet BUT only as long as you dont have any issues with them.
We had to get apartment cleaned again because when we moved in apartment was still dirty as if someone had just moved out.
It had lizards & fire ants in bedroom & kitchen.
maintenance service is extremely slow. they take Minimum of 3 days.
there is almost no storage space in the house. kitchens are extremely small, with pantry that’s 12 inches wide.
If you are single or eat frozen mainly. these apartments are for you
My not so positive review is my personal my experience. i am sure other reviews with 5 stars have their own experience.

The Highlands of Valley Ranch has been a great place to call home for the last 4 years. The apartments are quiet and have a nice pool and tennis court just steps from my apartment. My husband and I have really enjoyed living here and have no complaints. Linda, who is the manager has worked at the Highlands since we moved in 4 years ago. She has always been very professional and welcoming. Anytime we have had anything fixed or repaired she has followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was fixed and to make sure we were happy. I cannot say enough good things about the Highlands and the management staff. This is truly a great Valley Ranch apartment with everything you can ask for!

Highlands management is great. i have been living here for a year and every time we needed a repair or any service they showed up within hours. We did have some issues with one employee there but I guess it was handled and they were willing to resolve the issue and take outside on it. No roaches or any bugs inside the apartment. very clean and comfortable.

Great complex. I’ve had so many personal things happen over the past year and they have been way more than just accomodating to my needs. I’m surprised they haven’t kicked me out by now hahaha… I’ve only submitted a couple of requests for maintenance and they’ve always done it the next day. I really enjoy how quiet it is and my next door neighbors I’ve had over the past couple of years are really awesome. The ones who even moved I still hang out with a lot.
I’ve thrown a couple of pool parties with no complaints.
I’ll probably be here until I move out of Dallas period.
