Very unfair and unprofessional shop. Keeps a huge margin and you not getting ripped depends totally on how much homework you have done prior to coming here. Collections are all old fashioned and they are trying get rid of the old ones ASAP.
I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

If you want to pay 10 to 20% extra then only go to Tilak Jewellers. They thinks that customers are idiots and will pay whatever they wants to dictate.
Alternatively, I went to Laxmi Jewellers in Indian exports at air port freeway and found much better items at most reasonable price.
Do not get impressed with big show rooms to pay extra money at shops like Tilak unless you have extra $$.

this is the WORST place to shop at. the products looked OK, but it is the ATTITUDE of the employers that pissed me off. particularly, there was an old man, i assume he was the manager; more surely he should be the owner, who was very UNPLEASANT. He treated us like beggars when we were about to give him the quickest sale of easy couple of thousands. well HIS LOSS. I would never recommend anyone to give business to this company. Customers are the one who make that money for your business, but if you treat your customers like the way they do, m sorry to say your business will be affected. NOT RECOMMENED!!!

Extremely rude staff. Can’t make any repairs to anything, even something bought in the store. Send off watches for battery replacements ($ 20 and 5 days), old and literally run of the mill.
The staff couldn’t talk you into buying a cup of water if you were thirsty, but they can easily talk you into not buying anything and leaving with a sour taste in your mouth.
Jewelery is a service industry. Respect your customers or get out of the business.
