My family and I have been shopping here for years and have truly appreciate the manager and staff throughout the years. We also support UGM by returning our slightly used clothes and previous purchased item back to the store as donations as well. Terry Robinsom is one employee that we know well.

I was really shocked with this thrift store. They have gently used furniture, frost free fridges, desktop computers, bed frames, dressers, entertainment stands, pig screen tvs(if you’re into that), plenty of clothes, and everything you can think of from hotels. It’s definitely thrifty– if you just look you might spot a treasure.

The people are really nice and the clothes are well organized. They also got a huge number of donations from a hotel that changed ownership a and needed to get rid off all its tiny shampoos and conditioners(29 cents each) which I guess could be handy if you are traveling. The basket section is huge. Other than that the furniture is in really poor condition and overpriced, the home accessories are damaged and the fitting room smells really bad(even from a distance, so I didn’t try anything on).

Not many options… Not very good store. Every thing is very out dated, plus the store feels very crowded and not a pleasant environment to shop.

One of my favorite thrift stores. Lots of clothes and housewares. Tag sales make it worth the trip.

This thrift store raises $ for Union Gospel Mission, hence the UGM name. It’ s easy to get to, at the intersection of Hwy 183 and Story Rd in Irving. It’s essentially one big room with clothes taking up half or more, then shelves, books, and finally furniture and larger items. Prices aren’t great, in my opinion, but they do have colors on sale, at increasing % off, so they can be a bargain. It is brightly lit, pretty clean and they do have dressing rooms. About half the time I leave without buying anything, but always include it on my route when I’m thrifting, cause you just never know, right?
